I ordered a potentiometer for my Soundcraft Ghost. After paying for it Thursday evening, I politely asked via email several times on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday if it was possible to have the tracking because I urgently needed the part immediately for work reasons. I received no response whatsoever! On Tuesday, I sent it back yet again, asking if everyone in England had become rude. Three seconds later, a lunatic texted me to tell me he was canceling my order and sending me my payment back! Now I have no time to waste. The part is on its way because, for your information, I have an English uncle who is an ex-MI6 member (you understand), but that idiot needs to learn some manners and treat customers well. They pay and only want information they are entitled to.
