Ordered 1 item several months ago, according to the tracking information the item was sent to the wrong address in another state. Customer Service assured me a replacement was on the way that was 2 months ago. I asked to have the item refunded since we still have nothing and no response from them. They do not answer their phone you have to leave a voice mail and an email is sent or not in this case. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM THEY STEAL MONEY

My experience with Proclippershop.com was terrible! I ordered artificial ferns on February 7 for an event that was scheduled in March, one month away. After I did not receive the items, I contacted the company. Initially, they responded as if my items had been sent to another address by mistake. As I continued to ask daily for the status of my items, the responses became nil. To say I was disappointed with the company is the understatement.

i order a fetal doppler i never recieved it cuz they sent it to the wrong address and now they are refusing to give me my money back. they couldnt give me a tracking number . if i could give them zero stars i would .

My package came 3 weeks later than they said so it didn’t arrive until too late. They offer 10% back or you can send it back for a full refund but don’t offer a return label so the return shipping costs more than the original item.

I ordered two fingertip pulse oximeter with blood pressure monitoring as advertised on the website. There were also indication it was Bluetooth enabled and a Apple or android app was available. Each item cost me $19.90. When they arrived, they were not as advertised they did not monitor blood pressure there was no Bluetooth there was no android or Apple app. 21 days later I was charged $29.99 twice for subscriptions that I did not ask for nor was there a way to opt out of. So far they have refunded $29.99. I have returned the items for a refund, but they refused to reply back. They have also refused to refund the additional $29.99 for the surprise subscription.

The product as advertised does not exist according to trusted sources. I believe the android Apple and Bluetooth trademarks were used without permission.

They ship out of the UK, but are registered in Algeria for tax purposes. Their terms of service say they are not liable for what is posted on their website and strips away any consumer rights you may have. Do not purchase any items from this website. You will be disappointed.
