Daniel & Danny were great
Daniel & Danny were great, we didn't make it easy for them as we were crazy busy & just didn't have the time to go through the quotes Etc. But they didn't give up, keep resending fresh quotes & reminding us we were running out of time. (none of the others offering quotes did this) We firmly believe we would have left it too late & been stuck with our overpriced supplier if not for these guys. Thanks again guys.

Barry from Procuresmart was such a massive help and his support was invaluable. He's clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. We hit a few obstacles with our previous supply chain which we were looking to move away from, but he took the issues away from us and tackled them head on. He was very attentive, excellent communication and even had to call us on his day off, which he had no issues with. 100% recommend Procuresmart and in particular Barry.

Happy with first contact from procure smart
I was contacted by Warren Danson to offer their help with my water contracts. The process was smooth from quotations to signing the contract, and as a bonus I am finally moving away from the worst water company I have ever worked with, Castle Water! Sarah D'Arcy has been very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I have total faith in Procure Smart due to her fairness in dealing with clients, she would be excellent at training any other staff that may need it as well as dealing with clients herself.
Even though I have signed a two year contract through Procure Smart she still gives me support and figures before the contract comes into play in February 2026. Total asset to the company.
