My company needed the services of a talented and skilled logo design team to create an eye-catching logo for a new product we are looking to take to market shortly. This company is excellent at what they do. I placed my order and was asked to complete a product spec sheet that was impressively detailed, and provided enough information to the team that they knew exactly what direction we were looking to go in with our new logo. Before I could complete the spec sheet I had already received my first introductory email from Jay, the team lead who would be working with me on this project. Jay and his team were amazing, and they remained in contact with me daily to keep me informed of timelines, and even to inform me when his team had left for the weekend when I sent a late night request for a revision.

I give this company a 5 mainly because they listened to my directions. My order was for a logo design and business card template. My project manager, Jay, was available and very professional. I must admit it took about a month but in the end I was satisfied.
