Wonderful experience with steve and Brian

I was extremely happy with the professional service and attention to detail by the project manager Steve. He did a great job and kept me updated with all the changes on the project to ensure it met my criteria. I highly recommend and will be back if I need more work on future projects. Steve my Project Manager has been awesome with me and my project for pets. So very friendly, approachable, helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly and calls me everytime a change has been made that I ask for. I highly recommend Steve and will be sending another person that has a business to him. Thanks Steve for all your hard work as I say awesome pawsome.

It took longer than planned and expected to finish the website, we are not 100% completed yet, but Jay and Brian reached out to me to make sure I was aware of where they were at and that the website looked how I want to look.

Really they don't deserve 1 star. There is nothing professional about them. We have been working with Prodigy for over 2 years and out $15000 to build a website. They are scammers. They are continuously up charging and never delivering. To date we have not gotten a completed web site and the app. They never answer the phone, you are always talking to a different project manager. They have the nerve to call for annual payment to host a useless website. They have heavy Indian accent. I have spoken to several different people all with heavy East Indian accent. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! The excellent reviews are written by them no genuine customers.
I was just notified I have to remove the names I listed. Well I did!!!!!!!!!!

Last month had some interactions to look at a new site for a business we are starting. We have no budget so the pricing was attractive but something seemed off. All the positive reviews seemed anonymous and there is no associated business registered in the state. They declined to share that information saying it was industry standard to not share this information (an official address and business registration number). We decided on another company and think we were better safe than sorry.

The owner should be IN JAIL. They don't deserve one star, they literally stole my money and even though they gave me a receipt for my refund, they have not provided the refund. I've gone back and forth with them for months trying to get my money back and they just lie about it over and over. Why did I need a refund?? NO DELIVERABLES. They did not get any services accomplished and they just kept trying to upsell me on other services. This is a very very short version of the story but you'd be a fool to trust these people. Scam, of a company. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

They are extremely difficult to work with. I have had 6 reps in one year and each person doesn’t seem to know what the last did. I can’t even reach them and they won’t refund my money. It’s a scam. All the reps have to be fake people bc I can’t ever reach them to make changes. Now that I want to leave, I can’t get my website info.

Update, they called me a whole year later to try and get me to come back and I said absolutely not.

I DOUBT other reviews are legit because my personal experience with this company has been catastrophic. I have spent in excess of $4,000 and have no functional website. My REAL financial loss will be much greater as I used a credit card and interest will accumulate over time. I am tech naive which was easily identifiable and in fact admitted to at the start as I sought a professional company to not only create a professional product equivalent to their presumed expertise but then instruct me in its use. Instead I was exploited through seductive lifetime guarantees and other promises as I was manipulated into full payment AT START, losing leverage. This company has MANY domestic addresses strategically located LA and other CA sites but operates in undisclosed foreign places. They don’t make scheduled appointments based on mutually agreed agendas. You can’t ever reach them by phone. You’re left chasing them with emails most of which are not replied in a timely manner if at all. Did I mention they will charge your credit card through other business names. They have confusing layers of operations so it is impossible to know who
is who and what is what. Did you know all their names are pseudonyms. Assume their titles are fictitious as well. I first contacted this company last SEPTEMBER- yes, in 2020. My needs were explicitly stated and seemingly acknowledged but it was only a sophisticated “performance” by their staff. The unsuspecting new client-in this case, me!- is made to feel special as if their ONLY
client, and almost a VIP and payment is sought at time of first contact. I DID BUT DON’T BE YOU. In early February of this year, the first “project manager” put my still incomplete website on the internet with zero input by me or promised training. I stress that what any reputable company in any product development industry will work by appointment and follow an agenda based meeting structure. This was never my experience with this company despite innumerable email requests that such business conduct be followed. Instead, the client will receive episodic evidence of project in process of development BUT NO
VIABLE FINISHED PRODUCT you paid in full months ago. When even the most naive client catches on THAT THERE WILL NEVER BE A FINISHED PRODUCT, the staff assigned to you LITERALLY disappears. I paid for a website but to date received twoTEST LINKS; I paid IN FULL for 2 videos for placement on the website but never produced but my payment for them would be repurposed to pay for a claimed full year of social media marketing which I can’t verify and which is impossible to pursue without a completed website or discussing its content with me. My ONLY options are to notify the CA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE and to warn, as I have done here, future POTENTIAL victims to AVOID my fate.

I hired them to create an ecommerce website for a new business and it has been the worst experience ever. It has been over 4 months past my deadline and my site is still not up. I have been through 3 project managers and they are all incompetent. The design team is incapable of doing simple data entry correctly. It has been constant errors and it seems my Project Manager never has a clue what is going on with my website and what still needs to be completed. They keep trying to get me to pay more money for additional work, including work that was included in the package I already paid for. I have zero faith in this company but I have invested so much time I really don't want to start over. At this point I have taken over doing the edits myself so they can focus on getting the rest of the website completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a genuine response on like all of the other reviews on this page, Trust me stay away from this company. They will keep up charging you and providing "new upgraded" products. They did not provide me with a particular service and made me wait weeks to set it up while it normally only takes a day or two in the industry, they will stop responding after you have paid the money and refuse to refund you even though they guarantee a refund on that particular service if you are not satisfied. (In this case they didn't even provide it.)

prodigy is fun I use it a lot prodigy makes math fun and I hate math it makes learning fun unlike some apps cough cough spelling city cough cough I have a membership which gives you a box every month and a cloud I like it it's my favorite school game I recommend it

I provided clear instructions for a website that I wanted made. It was supposed to be finished in 3-4 weeks. After 2 weeks, they say they need an additional $1000 and over 35 days to complete the site stating the directions weren't clear and it would be more extensive.
