Definitely a scam. As everybody else says, they communicate well in the beginning and seem legit, but after they receive payment they won't respond to any emails or calls. Complete scam, stay away.

THIS IS A SCAM.

I ordered some packaging. Communication was, to start with, attentive and helpful. They sent a PayPal link to make payment, which I completed. After a few weeks I reached out, they said it was still on its way. A week later I reached out again, only to have all my emails bounce back. I spoke to a chat on their website who told me the person I was in contact with was on holiday. False - an email account wouldn't deactivate if this were the case. I requested a refund, which they said they would sort. They never did. Weeks and weeks of chasing through their website chat got me nowhere. Thankfully I was able to request a refund through PayPal. THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT USE. Addresses are fake, phone numbers are fake, emails work only to get you to purchase.

Do not use this fake company.
They are part of some scam factory based in south east asia. All names and addresses are fake.
I personally lost $2000 in this scam. They will promise you the world, deliver nothing, create endless excuses, and then cease all contact.
I have filed a report with the UK antifraud cybercrime division and the Pakistani antifraud division. I am also trying to get this site taken down to prevent heartache for any future victims

I wish the comments had existed when I started using this company. DO NOT USE THEM. The same exact things happened to me that the other customers wrote.

This company is a scam. They immediately stopped responding after my upfront payment to start the project.

I was communicating with 4 different packaging vendors to see which of them could produce an expedited turnaround, limited run of custom popcorn buckets for a commercial shoot. The "Packaging Consultant", David Harrison, of Profine Packaging guaranteed their team could fulfill this order to my specifications and ahead of schedule. I was e-mailing David back-and-forth with near instant response times from him. Naturally, I went with David and Profine Packaging. However, once payment was sent, David stopped all communication.

After my follow-up e-mails to David went unanswered, I made repeated calls to their 1-888 number for updates which only sent me to their voicemail line. I knew something was wrong. As the upcoming commercial shoot loomed, I would e-mail David nearly every other day for updates, and it was just one excuse after another from him. He would never answer my questions of the status on the order but instead sidestep and give generic responses of, "You'll love the product!" or "Sorry, there has been a delay in the production."

Days went by way past the agreed upon arrival date of the custom popcorn buckets. Weeks went by. I demanded tracking information. David always had an excuse and then he stopped responding altogether.

Fortunately, I paid with a corporate credit card up front, and I was able to initiate a charge back. Our money has been returned!

Do NOT order from this vendor. The positive reviews are fraudulent. Profine Packaging is a scam. If you read this review, keep scrolling. Order from somewhere else. They will act friendly and seem knowledgeable in the beginning, but it is only a hook to steal from you.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - THEY STOLE £940 FROM ME AND THE CONATCT I WAS DEALING WITH DISAPPEARED. THE MATTER HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE POLICE. DO NOT USE THEM.

I found them online as a economic alternative to have 100 pocket folders made, and I have no idea why I pay them using Zelle, so I cannot get my money back. I ordered the folders on October the 29th and supposedly I was going to receive them in a week. Well, they stole my money and never sent anything. A individual named David Harrison answers from time to time with "the folders will be sent next week" or "you'll have them by Friday" but they never arrive

We were in a bind as our previous supplier closed its doors. We made contact with Profine with our needs and someone responded promptly with a quote! Super fast service and we were very pleased with the quality of the product! It was exactly what we needed. We will be ordering from them again!
