Do not like that interest for loans to invest are very low. Not worth to invest 100 eur when there are much more optionts to invest in other platforms with 10 eur and diversificate portvolio and earn much more. I presume it better if you lower amount of minimum for invest in one loan for example 50 eur

Please note that you have provided a comparison with peer-to-peer lending platforms where there is no collateral and the interest is paid in an annuity, which means that the real yield is lower than the fixed interest rate.
Profitus is a crowdfunding platform and all loans are secured by real estate collateral. Interest is charged on the amount borrowed throughout the life of the investment, unless the developer makes a partial prepayment.
Thus, your real return is the same or close to the return expected at the time the investment was made.
Please also note that the level of interest depends on market conditions.

Viskas būtų gerai
Viskas būtų gerai, bet kartais pasitaiko blogi skolininkai. Tada jau grąžinimas vėluoja ir pelnas dega. Diversifikavimas mažai padeda. Kitose platformose (PK arba Savy) galima rinktis mažesnes palūkanas ir mažiau rizikos. Jei skolininkas vėluoja 90 dienų, administratorius skolintojui viską grąžina ir pats aiškinasi su skolininku. Man, pensininkui, toks variantas geriau tinka. Neturiu laiko laukti.

Sveiki visi, pati svetainė yra super, bet dvi žvaigždutes daviau todėl kad, negaliu investuoti savo lėšų nes kažkoki skolintojai kurie stato namus ar pardavinėja butus, neparduoda savo turto, kuriam mes investuotojai investuojam pinigus. Todėl aš investavęs 800 eur. negaliu investuoti beveik 1.5 metų. Vienu žodžiu pinigai nedingo bet liko įšaldyti neaišku kuriam laikui.
Trumpai ne visi prekybininkai skaidrūs, kaip ir politika.....

Regarding the applicable taxes, as you are a resident of a foreign country, we recommend contacting the Profitus platform for a tax reduction, as Lithuania has a double tax treaty with the Netherlands and you may be charged a 10% tax on interest earned instead of 15%.
