Amazing projector, easy to set up - easy to use.

I had a technical issue and the customer service team was incredible — fast, helpful, and so easy to work with. They sorted everything out quickly and answered every question I had. Truly 10/10, the best customer service I’ve experienced for consumer goods

Hi I have received delivery with a fake projector doesn't say proflix anywhere at all and 1 x 60 inch screen the packages I purchased were 2 pro projectors that should have each came with a screen and a bonus projector. I also paid an extra $100 for a 120inch screen and have not received these items at all. At this time I have received 1 projector and 1 x 60inch screen. I paid for 4 projectors that should have come with screens plus I paid for an additional 1x 120inch screen I would appreciate receiving the items I paid more than $500AUD FOR THESE. WOULD APPRECIATE WHAT I PAID FOROR A REFUND 🥺 THIS IS THEFT & FRAUD UNBELIEVABLE

What made my experience great, well first of all the customer service with replying back was such a fast response and lovely well mannered team I got nothing but respect and kindness and the support with making sure my parcel got to me even though a delay in delivery but hey things happen but I eventually got my parcel and I love my projector such good quality love everything about it. So I just wanna give a big thank you to the team for all your hard work in delivering our products hugely can’t thank yous enough keep up the good work!! Yous are doing amazing 🙂🫶👍.

I contacted Profilx regarding an issue I was experiencing with my power cord. From the moment I reached out, their Customer Care team handled my concern with exceptional professionalism and warmth. They actively engaged with me, listening attentively to my problem and providing clear guidance on how to resolve it. Their responsiveness and dedication left me feeling valued as a customer, and it was evident that they genuinely care about ensuring customer satisfaction. Absolute scam.
Ordered buy one get one free. Did not get one free. Did not get any of the other ‘free’ gifts in case I had accidentally not chosen the buy one get one free option (which I did not) despite their TINY choose options menu.
Also sent to wrong address and but for the honesty of the person it was incorrectly sent to, I would have received nothing at all.
I left a review on their offical page and Facebook page and was swiftly blocked.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Would give no stars if possible.

I’d give 0 *if I could! Ordered from website because it was 4-5 guaranteed delivery within Australia! 10 days later 0 email apparently stock was depleted during Black Friday sales now 23rd December just left CHINA don’t trust this company if I had of been told no stock I would have asked for refund then. 1 child left with 0 gift

Theres constant bugs and other issues. If you want to pay hundreds for a brick, then get one of these.

Paid 2 months later no goods received, sent out twice and delivered to the wrong address finally went to my bank and contested the purchase just stay away

If I could give no stars I would. Received a product that doesn't work. Shocking quality, feels so cheap, which it is. They will be making a HUGE margin scamming people. Ill give them this... great marketing on social media! I have been trying to get a refund for over one month. No one responds, despite the terms! It is outrageous. Save your money - don't bother!

Super happy with my purchase! The projector arrived really fast and was super easy to set up. The image quality is crisp and bright, even in a room with some light. Great value for the price—definitely recommend!

This company is a scam! They sell cheap TEMU projectors at highly inflated prices (check for yourself). There is zero contact after they have made the sale, meaning no returns or refunds or any kind of customer service to follow up. BE WARNED: DO NOT PURCHACE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Loads of fake 5 star reviews on there site…I got scammed by these guys they charged me $150 for a Proflix branded projector and I received a defective mini projector that’s available on Temu for $28AUD…how do I know this because I bought the exact same item off Temu a year earlier for $28AUD. Don’t be fooled like me there website looks legit but Proflix is as crooked as they come.
