I am sorry to hear about your situation. However, I did look into your order and I wish to clear up the timeline here. The order was placed on Friday 6/30 early in the day. As such, the order was fully processed through the same day. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update, not counting the weekend. Since we are close during the weekend, any update are pushed back to the following business day. However, this was also 4th of July weekend, with shipments also being effected by the holiday. Tracking was sent to you shortly after the holiday and is due to arrive within the 3-5 business day (Not counting the holiday) transit time promised. Hopefully this helps clear things up. Please let us know if you have any other questions or comments.

Ordering the parts was easy
Ordering the parts was easy, but my delivery schedule kept changing and that pissed me off. But I don’t think that it’s your cause but the third party delivery company making it complicated.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I did look into your order and wanted clarify on a few things. Reviewing your order, it does appear that the shipment did take longer than normal to ship out. However, we did notice this and are actively working to have it resolved as quickly as possible. A rep should have already emailed you letting you know that a trouble ticket was opened and are working to ensure you shipment is on its way. We always work to ensure shipments do arrive as quickly as possible and if something does occur, we do ensure to notify our customers. Do note that you did attempt to contact us over the weekend when we are closed. Our team replied to your email once they were in the office and working to ensure your parts arrive.
