I'd just like to take this opportunity to say a BIG thank you to Lisa and Sam at Promedica24, for providing the brilliant carer ( Laura ) who is now looking after Mum. My Mum has a complex condition and l feel its so important that the carer gets the recognition for all the outstanding support she is providing. Mum thinks she is wonderful taking the time and patience with her .. and also the way she interacts with the other carers who care for Mum. This is much appreciated by the family. I must add that for the first time I was able to return home with peace of mind that Mum was in good hands. This was such a comfort to me as I can now relax whilst at home and work knowing Mum is safe and happy. Thank you Laura and all at Promedica24.

I contacted Alison at Promedica24 with an urgent query regarding possible care for my 95 year old cousin. In the end, my cousin proved highly capable and arranged her own care, but I wanted to say how impressed I was by Alison's manner and the array of help she offered. At all times, it came across very strongly that she was concerned most of all with my cousin's well-being. I would definitely have gone with Promedica24 if it had come to that. When I spoke to Alison to tell her of my cousin's decision she was delighted that there was a happy outcome. There was no indication of disappointment that Promedica24 wouild not be involved long-term.

I had an excellent long conversation with Lisa regarding the future care for a relative who suffers from early stage dementia. Our family has been struggling for some years in trying to understand the complex setup of health and social care and engaging with it. In my case I have only rarely found individuals that can look outside their own immediate jobs and provide the guidance that really helps with longer term plans. Lisa had that breadth of knowledge of the care sector and was able to explain and give me the detailed help of how to progress our case and identify the key teams to talk to. She was very sympathetic and patient and I will certainly not hesitate to contact her again in the future.

Spoke with Alison today at Head Office as I am in the process of arranging live-in care for my Uncle and Aunt. Alison was professional but friendly and clearly had personal experience of the services she was talking to me about so was fully understanding of what I was asking about. Based on my experience so far I thoroughly recommend Promedica24.

Spoke with an angel called Lisa today for the first time, OMG what an amazing lady!!!
She went the extra extra mile to give me sound honest and very helpful advice. I felt like I was talking to a close friend.
She is an incredible asset to the company.

My experience of dealing with Promedica24 has been overwhelmingly positive. I received an immediate response to my enquiry about arranging live-in care for my aunt, and in the follow-up phone calls and face-to-face assessment we were given useful advice and detailed information about the services on offer. All our questions were answered, and it is clear that this is a well-managed organisation with caring and helpful staff who have the best interests of the clients at heart.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Lisa Culver for her help and support, whilst facing a difficult situation with a close member of family. She explained in detail Promedica24, and answered all of my concerns and questions, so that I felt it is the right care for my loved one.
