Hello, my daughter likes the dress so at least she is happy but the process needs improvement. The customer service rep was rude after I questioned when I was going to receive the dress and I paid for 2 day shipping and received the dress almost 2 weeks later. When paying $500 for a dress, you expect better service.

The sweetest company that works to make sure you get the dress of your dreams in a timely manner and in your size. Dress came weeks before expected delivery and was packaged beautifully. Comes with a high quality garment bag and care instructions! Not a scam!! I will continue to support this business with any further formal attire needs.

You need to make your return policy clearer. Tell the person who is ordering the return policy before they complete their order. Not being able to return a $300 gown is an expensive mistake. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

I really enjoy my dress. Due to the coronavirus I have not yet worn it out but I have warn it for an hour trying it on. It fit perfectly well except for my breast but that’s my fault due to my body type. It came fast too, I ordered it March 5th and received it March 13th. I do live in South Carolina so shipping may very for out of state customers

Ordered a prom dress size 10, was encouraged by company to go up to size 12 because they did not have 10. The fabric was stretchy and I was concerned but took their advice. I measured according to their guidelines. The dress was way too big and they told me to have it altered! They want 50% return fee! The dress was $355. That’s absurd! Will NOT order or recommend this company. My daughter is 6’1” and it is a challenge to find great dresses for her height. Seek other options!!!

Would highly recommend PromHeadquarters, our experience was nothing but positive. We ordered our dress and received it in a timely manner. Liz was our salesperson she went out of her way to be helpful to us in everyway.

My daughter fell in love with a Sherri Hill prom dress from a local dress shop but was too expensive for us to buy. She found the exact same dress here for $200 less! Sold!! We placed the order and received it within a few weeks. I would highly recommend prom headquarters!

Looking for prom dresses can be very stressful!!!
Shopping for days trying to find the right dress, trying on dress after dress, traveling from store to store is exhausting! Finally, you find the perfect dress, however, it’s not in a store it’s online at Prom Headquarters. We couldn’t have ask for a better shopping experience!!! The store I called was in South Carolina, not sure of the size I needed when I called I was a bit worried... I spoke to Liz, who is absolutely amazing! Liz wanted to make sure I ordered the right dress, so she had me speak to the seamstress who took the time to help me find the perfect size! Finally, we found our dress...the dress was ordered!!! This wasn’t the end, Liz made sure she followed up with us until the dress was delivered to our doorstep. This type of service just doesn’t happen often... once the dress was ordered Prom Headquarters/Liz, wasn’t required to call with updates on delivery or if we were satisfied, but they did keep us informed. Prom Headquarters/Liz/Seamstress in South Carolina your AMAZING!!! Thank you for taking your time to make sure we received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
