Acceptable, But Room for Improvement
For the most part, they perform satisfactorily. However, from time to time, they do not meet deadlines and we have had experiences where they don't even communicate that they will not be able to meet our deadlines. Because different proofreaders proof our work product, there isn't always consistency in proofing and adhering to our style guidelines.
