I was blown away by the EA’s strategy
I was blown away by the EA’s strategy. On my first attempt, I didn’t pass the challenge, but the EA’s hedging process worked as promised. By the time I hit the max DD, I had recovered the full cost of the challenge. This allowed me to purchase a new challenge without spending any extra money. On the second attempt, I passed with flying colors. It’s reassuring to know that even if things don’t go as planned, propea has a system in place to recover your cost.

I purchased Prop EA with some…
I purchased Prop EA with some hesitation, but it turned out to be the best decision for my prop trading. The software is meticulously designed to meet the criteria set by most prop firms, and it adjusts dynamically to market conditions. It took about a week to fully understand how to use the system, but once I did, my trading results improved significantly. I passed my FTMO challenge within two weeks and am now consistently earning profits on my funded account. Their customer service is also top-notch, guiding me through the setup process and even checking my VPS via remote session!

it works pretty good!!!
it works pretty good. i wish i could choose if i wanted it to buy or sell. after learning a bit about it, i know it can do its job. i did burn through 2 props and my third one if currently just 1 trade away from passing. they've helped me out and extended it as i ran out during passing the 3rd prop. but if you understand how it works. you can deffo get your prop passed and if you lose. you can get the money in your live account to purchase and restart, which is what i did

As we explained many times earlier, the EA doesn't have an option to set the max loss on the real account. So you just misunderstood how it works or you just use this as an excuse to request a refund after passing multiple challenges using PropEA.
Furthermore:
1- You already purchased a 1 month license in June (not 1 year license), and you had the chance to test the system and understand how it works.
2- You decided to buy a 2nd license in August (3 months license) , and activated the license on a live account as per the screenshots you sent. Which means you were satisfied with your first purchase.
3- You already received 2 weeks free extension to test on demo and request a refund if you’re not satisfied, but you continued using the system on a live account.
4- You already passed multiple challenges using our EA which means that the EA did its job as intended.
Therefore, you’re not eligible for a refund. Please check our refund policy to see the refund conditions.

We couldn't find any record of you in our systems with the name you provided "Jabba The Slut", this is obviously a fake review. All legit reviews are tagged as "Verified" since they are automatically generated by TrustPilot after an actual interaction with PropEA.
Its terrible it messes up the lot sizes…
Its terrible it messes up the lot sizes sometimes too like it will randomly double it. Its just an EA that reverses the buy / sell position it doesnt do anything else. Save the 160$ and just do it yourself cause its terrible

Thank you for your feedback. From your review, we believe that you didn’t have the time to go over the details of how PropEA works, especially that you bought it only 2 days ago.
To clarify,
1- PropEA calculates the lot size based on the challenge inputs you provide, and
2- It gives you the option to select from 3 trade modes that correlate with the lot size, so you could actually determine how much you want to trade.
3- Before it placed any trades, it displays the size of the upcoming trade and gives you a 10 minutes countdown to change your settings if you wish.
Moreover, this is not the right channel to go into the details of how PropEA works, there are plenty of resources online that explain the process. But I f it was as simple as you described it, we wouldn’t have achieved such success.

Really bad customer support
I have been trying to get a refund for over a week now almost. Their refund policy states that a tester license can be refunded within 7 days by sending an e-mail to ops@propea. I have sent 2 emails but none of them got a reply. I have burned 5 challenge accounts ( almost all 5 within the day ) and have decided this is not the way to go. I’m pretty sure most of these reviews are fakes. I hope someone from propea contacts me so this can be resolved and this review be rewritten. License Id : 2149

As we informed you via email, your messages landed in the spam folder for some reason. You had a conversation with our support team the day before your refund request and you didn’t mention anything about the refund. You could have contacted them and they would have resolved it immediately.

Doesn't work with 1:30 leverage if you need to rollover yout position overnight
Daily drawdowns didn't get respected if you hold the position overnight. It can work but it has to both open and close the position in the same day

1- PropEA comes with 3 trading modes, Fast, Normal, and Slow. Normal or Slow modes work with leverage 1:30, we know that because it's been tested and used by many users on 1:30 leverage accounts.
2- There is no problem with holding positions overnight, this is a basic function to PropEA, and it never caused issues.
3- We need to look into your account logs and EA settings to understand what went wrong.
