Great service from Kyle
Kyle was really prompt to my emails and really did go the extra mile. i decided to purchase an extra van which was no problem, Kyle went out his way on his day off to ensure this deal was done before my end of year accounts.

Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement…
Mis-sold me unregulated hire agreement for a shop fitting. The total cost was £12000.00 and the interest was over £7000.00 pounds. it was taken over 5 years but I wanted to settle the full payment within 1 year. As I was not explained properly over the phone.
They were asking for 5 years interest as well even if you wanted to settle within 10 months.
Carful with this No 1 Thieve company in the UK. Please try and take a personal loans and do it.

Regarding your review, we can’t see that we have received any complaint from you in regard to this matter re the terms of the original agreement that you signed in November 2020, where the full amount borrowed, interest rate and interest amount were clearly stated.
We can see your company ceased trading in October 2023 and you have been making payments since this date, personally, under Directors Guarantee Agreement. Additionally, we can see you asked for a repayment figure in April 2023, but have had no calls, emails or other communications since regarding repayment.
If you would like to have a conversation, please speak to our Collections Team where we would be pleased to discuss your outstanding balance.

Absolutely excellent financial partner to work with. Kyle, one of the internal account managers is faultless and had a true understanding and care for our individual business needs. Best of breed
Propel win in three ways 1) they are competitive 2) if they can make the case work they fund assets others won't 3) they make it easy, doing the chasing for you.

Service is absolute rubbish
Service is absolute rubbish. I was assured that the fincaing odf the car was finalised on tuesday
, all I had to do was sign a document. This did not arrive untill Thursday, signed it within half an hour and sent it back. Another questionaire asked if I had inpected the goods etc and if I had the goods delivered ( how could I if they had not paid out the monies yet). Then got a phonecall at 15.30 asking the same questions again. Told them i had answered that 3 hours ago. Was told tha payment would be made ar 14.00 hrs onm friday. Just checked with car dealer, NO PAYMENT. Checked with Propel and was told that they had a very busy day and wishing me good luck with picking the car up tomorrow. I have now lost a whole weeks work because of this

Thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback and are sorry you were not able to collect your vehicle on the planned day.
We strive very hard to ensure the process to fund any deal is simple, swift, and seamless with our team on hand to address any queries which may arise promptly and professionally.
Your application to provide finance was received from our Partner on the Tuesday, approved on the same day and we commenced the necessary identity checks in order to raise the agreement documentation. As you know, there was an issue in terms of the spelling of your name which varied on companies house and your submitted ID which did slow the process down by a day. Additionally, we did ask twice re the questionnaire which was a communication error this side but which did not cause any delays.
The funds were sent to the dealership Friday lunchtime and we did ring them multiple times to confirm receipt and that you would be able to collect your vehicle as planned. Sadly no one picked up the phone and we did leave a message but no one rang back. From our side everything was in place for you to collect the vehicle on Friday and we were not aware until you complained that this did not happen.
We do however sincerely apologise for your inconvenience.

Beginning with a prompt and professional response, there was a real person to deal with from the outset, never once referrred to an automated service or asked to apply to a third party.
The whole process was transparent, fast, efficient, professional, polite and friendly; all qualities which were missing from others I had approached.

I was referred to Propel from Barclays for finance for a van, they have been excellent. The stages of the process were very quick and easy. Brian was always quick to call back when I needed to speak and was very helpful when dealing with the dealer.
