I booked a somewhat complicated RTW (round-the-world) trip through Propeller. The team are excellent: knowledgeable, flexible and responsive. I feel reassured that I've booked this trip with Propeller as I know I'll be supported by experts - especially if anything goes wrong. I'm a seasoned traveller, but these guys can create itineraries using knowledge I don't have, and using systems normal people can't access. Thanks, Victor, for your support. I highly recommend Propeller, especially if you're looking to create an interesting RTW itinerary or are interested in chasing status through one of the main alliances.

Propeller used to provide good service. They have however become unresponsive following a flight change request. Upon contacting the airline the ticket no longer exists. Propeller remains unresponsive to requests for an updated ticket or refund.

I received great service from Propeller. They were very responsive, provided a customer focussed experience and were extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Propeller is the place to go if one needs help with B A GUF upgrades. My very recent double open jaw booking was executed by Gebie perfectly well! It took a little longer than it used to but the result counts!! Daniel provides to my knowledge an almost unique service and one needs to take in account that the popularity of the services outgrow the team capacity in times. I nevertheless can wholeheartedly recommend propeller and will book through them in the future as I did a couple of times in the past.

Propeller helped book a complex Round the World ticket. Daniel and the team made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. They really know their stuff and i would definitely book again!

Excellent service

Daniel is one of the most knowledgeable guys out there regarding around the world tickets!

I have used Propeller many times over the last few years. Initially I started using them for flight reservations, particularly for more complex itineraries/routings which were not possible to ticket elsewhere. The service here was always amazing, typically receiving a quote with 24/48 hours. Where there was some back and forth this was usually prompt. This also includes tackling changes I have needed to make. Or addressing cancellations/changes in the booked ticket, rebooking and making changes as required. Ensuring I get the itinerary that I desire.

When there were delays on the day the team has reached out to me on WhatsApp to keep me updated to date, which was amazing service. Knowing that they are there, paying attention to ensure things go without a problem.

I also now use Propeller for hotel stays, where they often offer good rates through their preferred programs. Offering additions such as free breakfast etc. Again the service has always been amazing.

More recently I utilised Propeller for some flights, where quite soon after booking my trip changed. Daniel helped modify my booking to a new destination and in the end I got the flights I wanted and everything went without a problem.

However the world has thrown several curve balls into travel, which has resulted in the propeller team needing to handle many rebookings/reroutings. As a result it got more difficult to get hold of the team, although I do appreciate my booking was lower priority due to being further in the future. However Daniel was great to work with, and he comes across as a very genuine person. Our interactions were always friendly and sincere.

In the end my itinerary went without any problems, and so despite these recent frustrations I still give them a 5 star review. I am also continuing to utilise their services going forward. As after many years they have not, in the end, let me down. Instead they continue to be there when you absolutely need them.

I’ve used Propeller Travel about three times now to book hotels in Singapore and London. Every single time, Propeller Travel and its amazing staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything from room upgrades to credits are applied and sorted behind the scenes. The one time a hotel did have an issue, Propeller have been available very quickly to help, and I’ve always found their service to be quick and personable. I’d like to mention that both Daniel and Gebie, who have been assisting me recently, have been absolutely amazing, and I will now always book through Propeller. Thank you so much for making our travel experiences so much more enjoyable.

Booked a Cruise through Propeller - having booked direct before and through travel agent, I can say that the I am getting more value through booking with Propeller. No only the onboard credit and specialty dining, but the team take the time and do try to get you what you actually need / value - this is very important personally

Great service, as always. I emailed over a complex itinerary and it was booked, confirmed and ticketed within a matter of hours. No unnecessary back-and-forth, no “I can’t see the flights you’re seeing”, no attempts to upsell hotels, car hire or anything else - just quick, effective and genuinely competent service.

No response to my query which was sent on their website form. Phone lines don't work.

I was recommended to use this company but a travel blogger on YouTube and so decided to give them a try. Really impressed. They understand the needs of frequent flyers really well. Personal service throughout and so helpful to find such knowledgeable people close at hand.
