I had an amazing experience living at Rotunda, especially in Room #404, which truly felt like home to me. I really miss this place.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, with an amazing view that I enjoyed every day. One of the best things about living here was the location. Everything is within walking distance – the train station is only 5 minutes away, the coach station is also 5 minutes away, Tesco is just 2 minutes away, and the Bullring is right downstairs. All essential facilities and amenities are easily accessible.

I would also like to give special thanks to Abdi, who was always incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. No matter what time I called, even late at night, he was always available to answer and assist whenever needed. His support made my stay stress-free and comfortable.

The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I am truly grateful for my time here and would highly recommend Rotunda to anyone looking for a comfortable home in a perfect location.This sounds warm, genuine, and professional while showing your appreciation for both the accommodation and Abdi.

Top ten least reliable companies about. Their building is closed down and they don't have a physical entity anywhere. They don't reply to calls and messages for days on end but remain posting promo on their social media... They do have good properties to be honest but their terrible customer service lets them down.

🚨 Public Awareness – Please Be Careful! 🚨

Scam alert! Whatever they tell you, don’t believe anything until they provide real proof and written verification.

They showed me a property advertised at £1,100 pcm, and even confirmed in writing on WhatsApp that the rent had been reduced from £1,200 to £1,100. However, after verifying my documents, they suddenly changed their mind and raised the price by £100, going back on their own confirmed offer — which is against consumer law.

To make things worse, they deleted all WhatsApp messages and evidence, wasting my time and money in the process. They clearly don’t care about clients or professional ethics.

I’m genuinely shocked that they didn’t even bother to offer an alternative property or solution.
Please be cautious and don’t fall for the same trap
