The service was 1st rate. It was conducted speedily and comprehensively. The surveyor was especially helpful and supportive. I could phone him when I had queries and the follow up to the survey was in person which is a rarity and a huge bonus nowadays. I can highly recommend this company.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in the report detail/survey visit with drain lids lifted and drone shots of roof etc. My solicitor said it's one of best survey reports she's seen.

Unfortunately I was caught out by state of the house upon getting keys (cleanliness/age of kitchen/filthy past owners) but I'd say that's more on me to pick up in viewings and not in the scope of this type of survey. Maybe something you could consider warning customers on though Paul if practical.

Would also be great if the 360 photos where higher resolution. Those where one of best bits of the reports for me as in person viewings are easily forgotten, helps refresh the mental image during long purchase process.

No doubt I'll buy again in the future and Paul will without question be my surveyor going forward.

PD Property Reports produced a document that was easy to understand, even for a layman. The biggest plus for me was that Paul was accessible by WhatsApp at any time. Also, his costs were better than most. His help and advice during the process was invaluable. Believe me, you will have to look far and wide to find someone better.

A SECOND TO NONE survey was carried out by Paul of PD property surveyors on my next property. I opted for the level 2 inspection and was very impressed by all the detail that was highlighted.As for the price you get a SECOND TO NONE service and report at a excellent cost.I personally recommend this company for any home survey.
