At property investors network (pin), we believe that anyone can build long-term wealth through property, with the right knowledge, support, and mindset. Founded in 2003 by Simon Zutshi, experienced investor and author of Property Magic, pin was created to help people just like you whether you're completely new to property or already on your way to invest with more confidence, clarity, and community. Our mission is to empower everyday people to become successful property investors, regardless of their starting point. Through a mix of in-person networking events, online training, practical workshops, and expert coaching, we aim to make the often confusing world of property investing more accessible and less overwhelming. Every month, hundreds of like-minded investors attend our local pin meetings across the UK, where they connect, share ideas, and learn from each other in a supportive, no-pressure environment. These meetings are the heart of our community, and for many, they’re the starting point of something life-changing. We also run a range of hands-on training programmes designed to help you take real action. Whether you're looking to secure your first deal or scale up a portfolio, you’ll find practical tools and expert guidance to help you move forward. But more than anything, we’re about people. We care deeply about helping you create a future you’re excited about, one where your investments support the lifestyle and freedom you’re working towards. Join our community of passionate, proactive investors. Learn with us. Grow with us. And let’s make property investing work for you.

Mma 3-Day training course was well organised and the training was delivered in a great format that was easy to understand.
I learnt so much from this course.
If you are sitting on the fence as to whether to take this training just do it!!!!! you will not be disappointed. The networking with other course delegates is worth the fee alone.

What a brilliant 3 days
What a brilliant 3 days! The training went above and beyond my expectations. Unlike other properties courses I have attended the upselling wasn’t the priority, learning and imparting knowledge was the key. It was intense, fun and very professionally delivered. Thanks to everyone who organised this and made it such a fantastic few days and thank you Simon and the team for the prize that helped me to fund my learning. I can’t wait to start my property investing journey.

Utterly fantastic course - The Gold Standard in the UK
Utterly fantastic course, with excellent networking opportunities. The educational team are enthusiastic, energetic and incredibly knowledgeable, with several 100 years of experience between them. There's sufficient depth to move foward towards the many property strategies out there. I have done other courses, this is the Gold standard. Thank you so much Simon & Andy et al.

Just completed the 3 day MMA, and am still buzzing! Really high quality training covering all the basics and then building to more complex strategies. I took away so much life changing information I am going to have to take a few days just to take it all in and create my action plan! The organisation behind the weekend was very slick, great handouts and lovely abundant food, cake and coffee 🥰. Networking was fantastic too! 10 out of 10 PIN 🙏

I attended a weekend event with the Property Investors Network and found it to be both enlightening and well-organized. The wealth of knowledge shared by the team, including Simon, Andy, and Mark, was impressive, and their approach made complex strategies easy to understand. While I appreciated the interactive aspects like breakout rooms for networking and the valuable case studies, I did feel the frequent requests for testimonials and course promotions were a bit overdone. Overall, it was a beneficial experience with a supportive team, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in property investing.
