Property Searches Direct Limited Opiniões

So quick and easy. Never had to do this before as I have always paid a solicitor 4 times the cost of doing it myself. Took 15 mins to read everything and decide which reports to go for.

The searches were very quick, detailed and user friendly. Interactions with the company by email and telephone were helpful friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service & results. A more cost effective & speedier option than using your solicitors or conveyancers.

Very quick receipt of report

Quick response! Hopefully the conveyancing is moving forward. Thank you!

Great communication, same day certificate, peace of mind for anyone who loves old houses!

Easy to order what I needed. I was kept informed of delays outside their control ie by the local authority. Very responsive to queries.

Brilliant, searches came back within days! Would use again

After getting frustrated by other companies as I wasn’t a conveyancer with an account I found this company and am so glad I did as any stress I had getting a Landmark Sitecheck Assess report was taken away by Dan within minutes of enquiring! Brilliant service and constant communication with my report arriving well within 24 hours! I would recommend PSD Ltd to anyone needing a report fast that isn’t a conveyancer or solicitor!

Order process simple and straight forward. Ordered search pack 10am in morning and by 5pm the next day all searches were in my mailbox.. delivered within 36 hours!! Outstanding service! If buying property, why wait for your solicitor to do the job? Highly recommend this company.

Very straightforward, helpful and quick. Does what it says on the tin.

I would just like to say thank you for the faultless service we have received from you, from beginning to end, which was around 5 days in total!

We have never used this kind of fast-track search service before, but will never use anything else in the future and will definitely return.

It was stress free, very quick with good communications and we thought, value for money.

Thank you again for making our house purchase less stressful and mych more controlable.

Relationship Manager was empathetic to my support requirements and he guided me to make informed decision on which report package to order. When I followed up for the final Council report due to the bank holidays, he kindly chased them and the report was delivered within the next hour. I received all three reports within seven working days. Thank you

Daniel was good to deal with. Great service that really helped with our property purchase process. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service. Incredibly helpful and prompt when we asked questions regarding what searches we actually needed. Excellent responses and searches were returned in less than the time stated for half the price of the solicitors and the same information!

Very quickly done wish my own council landsearches would have come back that quick.

Very quick and very efficient, would use again if I need to

Dan was fantastic from the time of query. The entire flow, right from research to submission of last search was great.
I was informed at all stages of different report as and when they were made available.
I think I have saved lot of time. I can recommend PSD to everyone who is in process of home move.
