Very disappointed with Prophacy Cricket. I bought a bat for around 2000 kr and after only 4 matches plus light indoor practice with a soft/light ball, the bat completely split (into two pieces) and became unusable in less than a year.
I contacted customer service with photos, expecting some support, but they refused to replace, repair, or refund it and only replied that the warranty period was over. A bat at this price should last much longer with such limited use.
Really poor experience with both the product quality and customer service.

Had my 10 year old new balance bat refurbished and received it back today. Looks really great with the Prophecy stickers and smooth blade.
