Tom fitted me a new Washbasin in my bathroom. He did a terrific job, am so pleased with the end result. Cant recommend this company highly enough. See you in May for my boiler's annual service.

Boiler service
Luke was polite, courteous and respectful in my property. He gave the boiler a service, gave me feedback alongside a report about the boiler.

We have used ProPlumb for boiler servicing and also for a problematic water leak which they were extremely helpful in repairing. We would highly recommend this company for quality of work, excellent customer communication and honest and fair pricing. 👍🏼

Arrived exactly on time
Arrived exactly on time. Very good work ethic. Checked the whole heating system and tested the boiler which was installed by them a few years ago. A really excellent service. I would and have recommended proplumb to anyone.

Very satisfied customer
Tom came this morning and Serviced the boiler and repaired a dripping tap. He was very thorough, professional and competent. We have used Prop Plumb for many years.

New Toilet and toilet seat
Had a new toilet fitted by Tom and the toilet seat which the company had supplied to Pro plumb for the toilet didn’t fit the toilet correctly. Luke contacted the company and sent photos but they said that is how it’s supposed to be and wouldn’t do anything about it. Luke ordered me a new toilet seat himself which Tom fitted today and it fits perfect. Thank you so much for sorting this out. I have used Pro plumb for years along with a wide range of family and friends and highly recommend them. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic service, very knowledgeable and competitive pricing.
Luke was extremely helpful during his visit. He completed the service in good time and was able to advise on the limitations of our current system and options for improvement. Will certainly use again!
