We have already provided proof, including screenshots, confirming that your account was breached — this was shared with you via Discord. We are happy to resend the evidence if you contact our support team via email.
The issue arose from a misunderstanding of time zones. Malaysia is UTC+8, which we confirmed with you, and our dashboard — accessible to all traders — displays a clear countdown timer. Our reset time is 3AM UTC, clearly stated on our website FAQs, reiterated by our team, and visible in your dashboard at all times. There were no delays or errors in our system.

The simple fact is that you did not use the tools provided and miscalculated the time zone difference. While we understand your frustration, the responsibility for following the rules and timelines lies with the trader. In this case, the breach was the direct result of your own actions.

We do not “run scam reviews” — all of our reviews are from real traders who have used our services. We welcome any trader to share their genuine experience, whether positive or negative, as transparency is important to us.

These policies are clearly outlined during registration and apply equally to all clients — there are no exceptions or “premium” treatments.
