Propods not delivered

I ordered my propods , I have emailed three times nobody has bothered to reply . I am not satisfied one bit . I have not received the product , it say 1-3 business days and haven’t even received a confirmation of my order or anything to say it’s been dispatched . Awful service

Propods is a scam because it never arrives and I think that a "day" is a Venus day.You have stolen this from Apple and if we all rate this 1 star it wont exist anymore.So,everyonne reduce the rating.

Beware OrderProPods and GETKEATYNHEALTH.COM

Beware: I did not real all reviews here but did receive mine as a "gift" through GETKEATYNHEALTH.COM where I had to pay shipping for completing an online survey for Home Depot. About 1 month later I was charged 110.00. When I called to dispute, the male told me it was a trial period and I needed to pay. I asked for documentation or where I could find anything that said I agreed to that and was provided info to "OrderProPods.com" which was not working while I was on the phone with him or for multiple days. I disputed through the credit card company and GETKEATYNHEALTH.COM provided documentation of my credit card info being used (Correctly, since I had to pay for shipping). Product was barely worth the 10.00 so beware from OrderProPods and GETKEATYNHEALTH.COM.

Got taken by them also. I never saw anything about a trial or being charged $110 later. Called their CS number and the guy on the other end must have been new or something. Weirdest conversation I ever had. He did give me back $50 and let me keep the product. Still not happy but lesson learned. Look harder at the fine print.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam! Very dubious marketing practice. They claim you have earned a reward. Charge $9.99 to ship $7.83 for some kind of factory charge. Then two weeks later they hit your credit card for $110. I called my bank and reported it as fraud. Their customer support claims it was a limited time to respond or be charged. I’m sure their fine print spells that out somewhere. Their products are total junk.
Don’t get duped as I did. I’m returning the product for a refund. Was told they have a $19.99 restocking fee. Another ripoff

This is a scam company

This is a scam company, stay away! They claim to have sold tons of their products, yet I don't see how, since nobody has ever actually gotten their order. Also, don't believe any positive reviews as most of them are actually fake names with stolen images from other websites, and many of them actually predate the product! As in, reviews were left before the company even began "manufacturing" and "selling" these (in quotes because I am quite certain they have never made or actually sold anything). And there are NO images or anything verifiable about their own product-- everything they have used has been directly stolen from Apple! They even deleted their site and started to block anyone on social media who inquired about this obvious scam. If you gave these people your money, I would contact the fraud department of your bank and every government acronym (CFPB, OIG, etcetera) that deals with fraudulent companies and massive theft.

Left pod stopped playing music

My pair were working really well for six months and I was really satisfied with the product. However, after some time my left pods sound glitched, this could be fixed by readjusting it in the ear. Recently the left AirPod had played no sound at all but is still able to play and pause music. Good product but not good for the long term

pay everything in full up to VIP and everything.

but they don't really give me an answer, I have never received my product.

The customer service is non-existent.

I payed for a pair back in June this year with the VIP shipping add on AND the 1 year warranty. It said my order would arrive within 5-7 days but it has been 3 months. I tried reaching out multiple times asking what's going on only to have the main point of my question dodged everytime. They keep trying to put to blame on me saying that I need to call the courier in my country. Which I did and after giving the tracking number they said it comes up with nothing. They have also refused my request for a refund even though I have the warranty. Basically what I'm trying to say is just don't buy from this company - pay the extra for the real thing. This is pretty much just a scam.

Kevin (Customer Service) is now refusing to respond. They don't care about their customers and refuse to refund for faulty goods. I have returned the pods to the address on the packaging but all they do is send you round in circles and then stop responding.
For the record: Reported the day after opening and finding that they were faulty (June). Then given the run around for 3 months with false promises and lack of response. All I ever wanted was my money back for goods that were faulty on opening. This seems impossible however.

You attempted to receive free items by threatening to write a one-star review if we didn't honor your request which is outrageous. This behavior shouldn't be going on therefore we cut communication with you.

We will not refund you for your earphones because they were never reported to us within the 14-Day period (after delivery) - You informed us about this issue 3 months after, we do not cover accidental drops and damage.

Lawyer contacted

I waited several weeks for the pods order. When they finally arrived I tried them and they obviously have a technical defect. The sound is extremely bass-heavy so it has to be a defect.
I contacted the support and was told that I can't return it because it's already opened.



How do you test the product if you are not allowed to open it?
I will contact my lawyer to get my money back

They are Bass-heavy for a reason, that's how they are. We accept returns for faulty and damaged items.

Ordered a pair in May

Ordered a pair in May, and I still have nothing. No headphone, no money, customer service said they will get back to me with an update but nothing so far. I never experienced such thing in my life for ordering product online. Extremely disappointed. I emailed the kevin guy many times, nothing really solved . Same response over and over again saying they are trying their best etc ...

Poor quality. Poor customer service.

It took over a month to receive our order. Once we finally received it, we opened the package to find the right propod was broken; the bottom of it was crushed. I took pictures and a video of the broken product and sent it to both the customer support email and someone named Kevin. Kevin initially told me he would have a replacement sent out to us right away. We waited over a month for the replacement to come. We never received it. Now Kevin is telling me that it’s our fault that the product it broken. Let me remind you, it was broken upon opening the package when we first received it! It came to us broken! Now I’m still waiting to hear back from them on how to get a refund or replacement.... nobody ever has an answer for me. Now when I go to their website, it says they aren’t taking anymore orders.... do not purchase from this company. I feel they sold me a faulty product and ran with my money!

All orders are inspected before being labeled and shipped. You wouldn't have received product from us in that condition and we are not liable for any misuse including accidental damage you may have caused.

3 months and still waiting... UNACCEPTABLE!!!

3 months and still waiting!!! I ordered from them on May 18, 2020. After the product didn't show on that date that was quoted in the "shipped" email i reached out to customer service who reassured me that I was priority and would receive my product soon. A month later I reached back out and they got rude but still insisted that my package was on the way. Yesterday ( Aug 17th) I checked the tracking and my package cannot be found. I reach out to customer service and they just said it's on the way... HOW?!?!? It should have been here months ago. DO NOT order from them. It is a waste of time and money.
