Customer service is quick, polite and on point. My auto-fill accidentally added my old address to my order and I hadn't noticed till checking the confirmation email from Propoptions. Quick delivery and beautiful stands that I bought

I ordered the Round Acrylic Fillable Clear Tier Seperator. This is the 2nd one I've bought.
I love the versatility of the separator. I can fill it with flowers or lights or both!
The delivery was really quick and it came with protective packaging for storage when not in use.
I had a query before ordering and got a quick reply that was very helpful.

Design was excellent and the shipping speed was fast

I saw this company in an advertisement in the Saracino cake magazine.
I emailed them to get some advice on a cake that I am doing.
They answered my email the next day and they proceeded via phone calls and emails with very helpful and informative guidance.
They offered to make a bespoke floating tier stand for me, but I just ended up with an off the shelf one.
I intend ordering more equipment from them.
