Your drivers are the face of your business. They as well as the phone rep can make or break the experience of doing business with a company such as Proshred. From the initial call in which options were discussed, to the mobile pick up, everything was stated clearly and the pickup was punctual and quick. The driver was accommodating and thorough.

Driver was good and quick but missed…
Driver was good and quick but missed the time window (critical for me that day) by more than an hour. Not his fault- he was never told. Either the sales person or dispatch totally fanned or is willing to say whatever it takes to lock you in.
