Excellent experience with Pro Sound Europe. I purchased a pair of Schoeps mk22, which were shipped very quickly. Communication with the team was very good. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I have now ordered twice from them to Norway, buying items that isn't as easily available in Norway and couldn't be happier. Good customer service, very fast shipping and the product is as advertised.

I didn't read the Trustpilot reviews until after I ordered.. there are some bad ones there. I cannot say anything about customer service/ return policies as I luckily didn't have to use these services (also this seems to be the subject where more music stores score bad) But at least I can confirm that everything I ordered was delivered really fast (within 2/3 days, and I am located in the Netherlands), and everything was packaged carefully and arrived without any damage. I am very happy with my purchases, and if I would ever be in contact with customer service for some reason I hope they'll be able to help me properly, I will then post an update and write a new review.

For now you've at least earned my "benefit of the doubt" and I really hope you're doing your best to turn these bad reviews around and help those customers out. The situations they are talking about are quite serious... (And tbh this still makes me a bit hesitant to order expensive stuff here)

Worst buyers experience in Europe ever

Ordered a Rodecaster duo and after two weeks of waiting for it to arrive, the order was still showing as "unfulfilled" and I did not receive any tracking details. After making several failed attempts to get a response from them, I finally got an email to inform me that the Rodecaster was out of stock and they will send it out when it comes from the main supplier. This would mean waiting a month from the first order date.

Had there been an out of stock notice on the website, I Definitely would not have placed the order and I feel misled.

I asked for a refund 3 days ago which again they have totally ignored but I have now opened a PAYPAL case to try and retrieve my money. What this dreadful company don't realise is that my Youtube channel is based on Tech reviews and I fully intend on letting my 100k subscribers aware of my less than satisfactory experience.

Ordered a sennheiser mmd 845 capsule on Sunday 6th august 2023, it clearly said free purchase in the advert so I paid my delivery fee, Wednesday 9th august they send an email to say they’ve cancelled my order due to unforeseen circumstances, then ring me to say it was their fault they put it on for free so have offered to supply the equipment for a 10% discounted rate plus free delivery. Something is better than no order at all so we’ll see when the goods are delivered
