I feel extremely disappointed with the product I bought from them. They sold a 1bed apartment in a development conversion from business to residential purpose. My flat is now unsellable and worth just 35% of what I paid. The development is less than 7 years old and the service fee for the year has jumped from £1000 to over £6000 to replace a roof that was not built/installed properly. Also security in the building was built so poorly that for the last few years there have been rough sleepers and drug taking in the common areas. There have also been leaks and other repairs needed that should need to be done so soon after being built. Do not ever buy from this company. Be warned.

Caution to all investors. I bought one of the Smithfield developments and signed at a certain price of GBP175,000. Prosperity said planning development will be “soon”. To my surprise months after my purchase, not only approval for planning development will be years late, the price I “locked” in will not be honored either by Prosperity. Naturally, I asked for a refund, which was initially ignored (no reply) and refused by David Yelloly.
I suggest all buyers/investors read the 1* reviews on trustpilot to truly understand their business practices and antics.
