Absolutely amazing product , smells so good too .
I'd seen good review's and decided to go ahead and try it . I'll definitely be using this in future it was so work able compared to other brands I've worked with before . Gorgeous product !

A week ago one of the hoses on a backwash sprang a leak. I thought ‘this is the ideal time to replace the hose and head with one of those new Eco Head sprays that saves the planet but costs the earth’.

The vey best deal I found was on the Prostyling website.( I had purchased from them before when I opened my new salon) I made my order, payed the money and it was dispatched the very same day.

Unfortunately, the courier Evri was appalling. They failed to even attempt delivery on three occasions. After the second failed attempt I phoned Prostyling and spoke with Mel. She immediately understood that I needed the item because I need both backwashes operational. Mel promised to speak to the courier and keep me informed. Despite their assurances Evri failed to deliver.

This morning, I again phoned Mel. I had expected an argument about refunds. Instead, she apologised and told me she was going to send me a new head but ……. She would take it down to the post office herself and send it special delivery!

As good as her word, she sent the Royal Mail tracking info to me this afternoon and even gave me a quick bell to let me know it was on its way. It’s due for delivery by noon tomorrow!

In my opinion. This represents the very best in customer service. Not only is Mel lovely, she went above and beyond! She took my business concerns seriously and I am grateful enough to become a repeat customer and write this lengthy review.

I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHER PROFESSIONAL HAIR SALONS !

I purchased 2 items. A defuser that was significantly cheaper than all the other online stores I checked and a KYK HAIR - MIST-IQUE spray that smells amazing. Easy to order and delivered with a few days.

Ordered several times from this company, love their products. Customer service has always been very helpful.

This company is a right scam. I made an order just short of £80, I received no confirmation of order or dispatch. After the 3-5 day delivery timeframe passed I tried to call only to reach voicemail, I tried to email but received no response, and I tried their live chat just to get told that they will look into and get right back to me but then they never got back to me. I still haven’t had a resolution. So they have just taken my money and not sent anything to me.

SCAM! Ordered hair serum and never delivered. Sent messages and called but could only reached their VM and they never returned my calls. The tracking from FedEx hasn’t updated since the day I ordered the items so clearly they haven’t shipped. I’ve had to raise a dispute with the bank.
Avoid this cowboy company!!

BE AWARE. I ordered an ECOHEAD professional shower head and hose for my salon. It cost £150. When i ordered the website said it was in stock and they said it would be with me within 3-5 working days. I am still waiting two weeks later and the fedex tracking information says they havent even recieved it yet. I contacted the company last week they lied and said it would be with me by last Friday. I have a tracking number but I can see on FEDEX website that they are still waiting for the shower head in the US. I emailed the company to cancel and get a refund but i didnt get a response. I have had to get a differnet shower head now because i needed it urgently. I wouldnt trust this company i wont be using them again.Honestly & lack of correspondence is an issue here.
