I’ve Never had a bad coffee or coffee beans from proud Mary. Always great

During the first Melbourne lockdown I was gutted, as there is no good coffee available within my 5km. Proud Mary to the rescue! The filter subscription is excellent - I have never had a bad batch, or one I didn't enjoy (unlike other services like BeanHunter, which I had for several years which were hit and miss). The quality, consistency and convenience are impossible to beat. Even though lockdowns have gone (and returned) I've kept my subscription because I know I can rely on a great cup, delivered fast. Super easy to change your subscription preferences/details online - and you always get a lovely, fast reply on any queries. Cannot recommend PMC more highly.

Proud Mary processed my order within a day which is excellent.

I also requested a sample grind size of cold drip coffee as my cold drip brews seem under extracted - so why not ask the experts?
The team at Proud Mary went above and beyond by writing a full blown top down explanation on how I can get the best cold brew results.

I ordered Ghost Rider for delivery, and it got here within 3 days of the roast date. It has made a sensational cold brew, incredible big cup with fruits and bright acidity, but totally curated.
Also, if I ever fly a plane again, you can't go past their airport cafe as THE BEST coffee at any airport in the world.

Usually the coffee is great but was very disappointed with the Brazilian. It was a huge let down. It was also delivered 4 days late.

Fantastic customer service. Had an issue with my preferred delivery address not showing up on their system. A quick email exchange and all was sorted out.

Great product. Love the coffee. Get it delivered every fortnight. Only concern is whether plastic postage pouch is necessary for box delivery. Seems excessive and wasteful.
