I cannot say enough good things about Proven Data. Earlier this year my home PCs were infected with the Phobos virus and most of my personal files were encrypted. This was over 20 years of personal files (financial documents, tax returns, pictures, etc)...files that I didn't want to lose.

Initially I did my own research and quickly found out that there was nothing I could do on my own to recover my files. I did not want to work with the hackers myself, as I had no guarantee of them giving me the decryption tools after I paid them.

With no where else to turn I began research data recovery services and Proven Data kept coming up in my searches. I submitted a service request ticket and within 30 minutes received a call from them to follow up on my request. They talked me through the process and what each step would be. Except an important issue that we couldn’t recover the SQL server data which was clearly informed from the beginning it is very important (60% weight importance) and later I asked for discount but no discount happened

but of course we can’t ignore that everything else recovered (95% of data)
