We are very sorry to read about your experience and the distress you have described.

We would like to clarify that Akash no longer works at Providence Dental Practice- Folkestone. He does work at a different dental practice in Folkestone unfortunately.

However, we take all feedback and concerns seriously and are keen to ensure they are looked into appropriately.

We are sorry to hear you were in such severe pain, but we are pleased we were able to offer an emergency dental appointment at short notice and carry out the tooth extraction on the same day, even at the end of a Friday. Providing timely emergency dental treatment is very important to us.
