One happy psychotherapist!
As a mental health clinician, focusing my time on my clients has never been easier. Providers Care Billing has been a blessing. They got me credentialed with various insurance companies for the cheapest price compared to other companies. They submit my claims, fix any claims that have been rejected, verify insurance benefits for potential clients before the first intake assessment. They are prompt and responsive to my emails within hours if not minutes. I would be completely lost without them. Their rates are the lowest I have found, making it a very easy choice. Also, being so busy all day, my memory doesn't always stick, so when I reach out asking questions I have already asked, I am met with a patient and kind response repeating what I had forgotten. I wish I found them sooner.

Amazing service that is easy and affordable!
Providers Care Billing LLC has been taking care of my medical billing, medical coding, and credentialing for a long time. The staff have been always very professional, available, and efficient expediting the process of the claims and following up with any billing problems.
I would highly recommend this company to others.
