Попросил заменить прокси, из за того что они мне не подходили ( я их почти не использовал ), в итоге поддержка максимально неприятная, невежливая, и после двух сообщений мне что гарантии на эти прокси нет ( хотя до этого спокойно меняли ) кинула меня в игнор

У нас есть гарантия на возврат и замену прокси в течение 48 часов и при использовании прокси до 500 МБ. В таком случае оператор обязан вам заменить прокси. Если у вас не прошло 48 часов и вы не использовали 500 МБ, а оператор отказал вам в замене, пожалуйста, напишите нам на почту feedback@proxyline.net. Мы проверим данный инцидент и сделаем всё возможное, чтобы изменить ваше мнение о нашем сервисе.
