Only Accepts Sketchy method of payment! RUN!!
Update: After my review this business claimed they have verified my account after me contacting them and that i can use any payment method… not true. They said all i had to do was to contact them… also not true. I did contact them two times first time i was told to create a ticket and it would be handled, which i did, and their ticket support said “oh we can’t do anything about this since your account is created using a VPN (which it wasn’t) NOW here they are suggesting i should have begged them a few more times in order for someone to offer me a solution. Before the review, the answer was “we can’t do anything about it” now magically there is a solution. :)
How customer service works is you apologize for insulting the customer here and ask them to contact you in order to fix the issue and if you provided a good service and fixed the issue, You can ask me to change my review and i might do it. But pointing the finger at customer and lying is not the solution :)

I tried to use ProxySocks5 in order to get a Residential Socks5 proxy. I am by no means a pro. Unfortunately upon trying to go through the checkout process, I got an error that "You are running a VPN to create this account" and I do not have any VPN. I never use them. I only have an adblocker which has nothing to do with VPN.
Anyways, when I get to the final pages of checkout, they only give me Bitcoin as a checkout process. When someone asks you to pay with Western Union, Bitcoin, or similar payment methods, you should RUN. This is the biggest red flag.
They told me because I have created this account via VPN (Which I didn't) I have to pay via a sketchy method such as Bitcoin... which is a funny because a sketchy company, telling ME that I am sketchy? and because of that, lets do business via a Sketchy payment method????
No thanks! They could have made good on it by apologizing for insulting me and activating the standard payment methods. Which I have a feeling they don't have any standard method of payment and they just made this story to be able to charge with BTC. Maybe they had it in the past or something, but because they tried to scam too many people and got too many chargebacks their accounts got suspended.
For whatever reason, instead of insulting people and accusing them of being sketchy in order to get a payment via BTC, be straight forward and from the get go and before wasting their time, tell them you only accept BTC

As a policy, in order to avoid chargebacks and protect our business, we can't allow users under proxy/VPN to pay with PayPal or Card.
Our internal procedures are not meant to insult our client with anything. For example, even from the register page our selling dashboard alerts you that you are using a proxy/VPN and some payment methods will not be available.
Sometimes this check can fail, and due to your support ticket we had manually verified your account.
We are far from "sketchy", and no "sketchy" businesses will put so much effort in a company as we do.
We have:
- 16h/7 support
- live chat support on our landing page for new users
- support ticket integrated to your account, for any issues related to your account or your services
- 24h test period, where you can test your proxies and ask for replacement/refund.
- we worked for 6+ years on our platform, and we are still working to add new features
- competitive services at competitive prices
- working to add rotating residential proxies
- we offer transparency
-etc.
Regarding your issue, if you really don't use proxy/VPN, you could try to create an account from your 4G mobile network or from a friend's internet which is on a different ISP, instead of writting bad reviews, which indeed is much more easier than having a different, active way of approach.
From your Trustpilot profile it seems that you are only using this platform to complain about businesses.
We encourage our users to point out when they have a bad experience( we call it a learning process) but nevertheless , when you have a good experience/like the business, please feel free to go and let a positive review on Trustpilot. This type of platform is also for people to advertise/to praise people that put a lot of effort in order for users to get the best for their money.
We understand your upset, maybe our system failed to identify you as proxy/vpn, or maybe not, but please in the future when you like a business, come here and help them with a good review.

In 3 minutes we had responded to your ticket that you started with a threat, and we said that we tested the proxy you purchased and it was working, and we let you a tutorial on how to setup the purchased proxy.
If you can't figure it out with our tutorial on how to setup your proxy, you should let us know, so that we can help you on Live Chat or with a remote software.
I am sorry but because of your attitude, threatening us and not letting us help you, you are not welcome.
You have 24h to respond to your ticket, or email us with regarding your refund.

We are trying to eliminate all downtimes, unfortunately some downtimes are not tied to us, or our services, sometimes it may happen to be a bad route, a cable cut in middle of the streets, etc., which we can't predict.

As we already explained you, few of our proxies are new and not all online databases are updated.
An update of location through all databases can take few months. As you saw in some databases the location was the advertise location, we don't false advertise our products.

We are sorry that you had problems with the dedicated SOCKS5 which you purchased from us. If a proxy fails, we are fixing it asap.
Also if you buy a proxy which is not working, as written in our refund policy, we will refund your money, and I think we did it.
We also try to reply as fast we can, sometimes when we have a lot to do and cause some delays in response, but will not take long either we are available 16 hour a day.
