they dont notify someone b4 they terminate his domain
so they can be aware of the policies
cos wen i was registering i didnt see any terms and condition window that i would read and know what contents would violate ur terms
or atleats have a window where they can read ur policies b4 they buy and host domain names??

just came back and met my domain to be terminated

Please note that while our Terms of Service were not displayed as a pop-up, they are a standard part of the registration process, as is common in the web hosting industry. We acknowledge your feedback and are already working on making our policies more visible and easier to access before purchase.

Regarding your service termination, our platform has a strict policy against hosting certain types of content, especially hacking-related tools, in order to protect the stability and safety of other users. While we strive to notify clients when possible, some violations require immediate action in line with industry security practices.

We genuinely regret any confusion this caused and are more than happy to assist you further or discuss alternative hosting solutions that may better suit your content.
