I cannot recommend the tutors at PSI highly enough. I found them to be highly knowledgeable and professional - nothing was ever too much trouble. I would recommend PSI to students looking to improve the quality of their work and gain a deeper understanding of course content. I contacted Ben last minute as I needed help with my Masters (Clinical Psychology) assignment, and he arranged a tutor for me very quickly. The tutor I worked with, Jenn, was extremely knowledgeable. These guys are legitimate psychologists with some serious tutoring skills to boot. Just got my first feedback from them for a thesis-centric assignment, and it was the best feedback I have received during my entire time in tertiary study. I am sold. Ben and Sara are absolute gems, offering incredible service and knowledge that is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Comments on my paper were succinct, where they needed to be, never overdone, and HIGHLY informed on my detailed research subject. Most other tutors don’t familiarise themselves with the nuances of the research, just focusing on prose or grammar, and not willing to engage too deeply with the topic. Sara, my tutor at PSI Connect went DEEP. Her obvious knowledge of the topic and practised ability to point out my mistakes in a constructive and detailed manner will now allow me to push my usual ‘good’ grades up to something WAY beyond. I am going with these guys for the remainder of my post-grad study. Their prices are great, their service is unmatched, and their legitimacy is unquestionable. After suffering through so many scammers and weekend tutors for so long, it is so refreshing to have finally found my people. They just ‘get’ my work, as they’ve been here too. The tutors I have used so far, Ben and Robert have both been excellent. They’re both extremely smart, extremely, patient and very competent at the requested job making my life so much easier going through my degree. I don’t know how I would have survived without them.

I am currently tutoring with Rob for statistics and the experience is invaluable. I doubt I would be able to get through my thesis analysis without it. Rob's responsiveness to my questions and his willingness to delve into details have been instrumental in my learning journey.

My experience as an online post-graduate student has been vastly different to attending University in-person. What I have found most challenging is lack of access to tutors/lecturers/academic staff for individual support. Yes, discussion boards work to an extent, but its just not the same as chatting to a person in real time. After wasting countless hours trying to figure out solutions to a second year statistics assignment, emailing academic staff with basic questions, to be told, sorry, can't help you, I started to feel pretty anxious. This was not what I had experienced in the past, but hey, all things change right. I reached out to PSI-Connect, having seen some pretty good on-line recommendations, and I recall in I was in such a state of nervousness in my first session, that I was fighting back the tears. My tutor however, was very present and quietly confident, and within 10 minutes of starting the session, I was completely calm as this guy totally knew what he was talking about. Furthermore, he was a great teacher. Let me be clear, my objective was to get my head around stats, to learn, not to have someone do my assignment for me. And this is where PSI excels. I have worked with both Ben & Rob, and they are understated, down-to-earth, and highly intelligent. Recently I had an assignment proof read and the guidance I received absolutely blew my mind. What I learnt was above and beyond my on-line learning experience, and I feel far more prepared for any future assignment due to the feedback I received, tailored for me, and where I was at. I highly recommend PSI-Connect to any student who desires to accelerate their learning, maximise their grades, and thrive.
