SCAMMERS. I bought a key for pokémon shining pearl, couldn’t log into the account, aksked for help, in 48 hours they responded twice with the same unhelpful email and after that they just stoppes responding, still no game for me, never buy here you will regret it.

I obtained a account key for for Pikmin 3 from GAMIVIO and put all the details in the order information. In the video guide the guy says to wait 60 seconds and press submit again to get your 5 digit pin and password. Except when i do that, it just resubmits another request. Now im in just a loop. I left a message for the livechat but i dont have too much faith in that.

I'm giving one star because I can't…
I'm giving one star because I can't give less. They say it takes 24 hours, and they keep you waiting and waiting for something that takes 10 minutes. You talk to the customer service chat, and it's a useless bot. This is the first and last time I've bought anything from them. Any website is faster than them, I've checked.

Dont trust these positive feedbacks they are fake. They sold me like the other dude an Nintendo Account and I can play only with that account not with my own. There was a credit card/random address inside these accounts so they are definitely stolen. DONT PAY 40€ FOR STOLEN ACCOUNTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU CANT PLAY ON YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. Support doesn’t help and only ship you a video which says you need to download data instead of loading the virtual game card and with that you cant play with your own account. Also cant change password/email, they say accounts are legit but can’t login itself to change data lmao. Total scam

hacked accounts
edit: first account was stolen and already some other switch as primary activated. second account they gave me was also from some random woman and was also preactivated via another switch so they are 100% hacked accounts, dont buy it, you cant even play on your own account and they tell you only after buying.
edit again: ah nice that they are telling you to go to their support and everything they are telling "sorry its the only method" thats so completly bullshit. if you say these accounts are legit, why there are other switches preactivated? and not has been disabled?

I bought a Nintendo Switch account from…
I bought a Nintendo Switch account from this site to save money on a game, thinking it was a good deal — huge mistake. The account isn’t really yours: you can’t change the password, and every time you try to log in, the OTP goes to them, not you. So you’re completely dependent on them to access something you paid for.
The game worked at first, but then I kept getting locked out. I contacted support, sent videos, explained everything — still no proper solution. Just empty promises and the same problems over and over again.
This feels like a scam, honestly. You’re not buying a game or an account — you’re renting access to something they can take away at any time. Zero security, zero trust.
Don’t waste your money like I did. Buy a personal copy or wait for a sale — at least you’ll actually own what you paid for.

not receiving my account after 8 hours and still nothing pisses me off, i think i will go for a refund if i wont get it asap, 24hours for what? for sleeping? is it only 1 person working taking 1 hour for 1 order and then sleeping again? i can't believe i fell for this scam... will edit the review if i really finally receive my account but otherwise wouldn't recommend.

I recieved the games I ordered without any fuss! My order took just under 24 hours to arrive. Just make sure you know what you're buying. It's not the same experience you might have buying a game retail, but it's a great way to save money and it works just as well in the end.

I had an issue that was technical but the customer support and tech support was one of the best companies i have ever delt with. They have been working on it for a few days but stayed in contact and offered me several options to resolve it if I didn't want to wait.
