I attended a CID training with Shiri.
I found this course extremely enjoyable and very informative.
Shiri was an extremely help and knowledgeable trainer
and I would highly recommend this course.

This was an excellent CPD and I came away from the reading with all the skills I need to run my own debriefing session. Shiri is a great trainer who not only taught us skills but also spent time on the effects the work can have in us and how important our own self care is.

Really interesting and got lots from it the only thing I would have liked more of is opportunities to discuss more or role play how to manage conflict within the RP space potentially but I appreciate it was a very full day and this may either need it to be a longer session or separate. It is just my opinion as well otherwise the training was great. Warm and supportive learning environment. Thank you

An excellent blend of information and reflection that encourages people to develop their own ways of facilitating critical incident debrief sessions. The day was well-structured and allowed enough time for discussion. Shiri created a safe 'holding' space that offered a strong foundation to consider different perspectives on the subject. I would highly recommend this training.

Well presented online session to support staff groups to set up a model for Critical Incident Debriefs. Delivered by knowledgeable and skilled practitioner. There was a nice relaxed style to the session which aided discussion. I liked the flexible approach to models rather than a prescriptive model and I feel much more confident in what to do and how to facilitate in practice. Thanks Shiri

I attended training for facilitating Reflective Practice. The training was engaging, highly interesting, very well planned out and informative. There was plenty of information given as well as participants having opportunity to engage in experiential learning. Sarah is a great trainer, she obviously cares a lot about the topic and ensured that everyone was able to participate. I highly recommend this training. A difficult subject matter delivered expertly over Zoom. The facilitator handled the day and all the participants so well. It was informative, useful and really fascinating.

Completed an all-day training on reflective practice. Found the training fantastic. Sarah who lead made sure to give due time to the topics that arose in discussion. I feel hopeful of the impact that this reflective practice will have in my organisation and confident incorporating more reflective practice into my own work and life.
