I purchased the fry pan from Ptal and it has become such an integral part of my kitchen essentials. all my daily meals are cooked and served in the same utensil. It is truly a value for money product. I had doubts regarding the cleaning of these utensils as well, but it's just how we do for others.

I bought their copper water dispenser and tumbler as a wedding gift, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Everything arrived on time in a beautiful gift box, which made it feel even more special. The quality is excellent it's definitely worth the price and I absolutely love the story behind the brand

I got a saucepan from PTal and I have been using it daily for my tea etc. The tea tastes delicious and the pan is genuinely non stick. It is worth every bit of my money. If you are looking for natural and healthy lifestyle, please go for it!

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and immediately placed a second order with the correct size. Before the first order was even delivered, I repeatedly tried to contact customer service to cancel or return the incorrect order. No one answered my calls.

When they finally responded, they simply pointed me to their policy and refused to help. They would not allow me to return an unopened item, even though I was trying to correct an honest mistake and had already purchased the correct item from them.

A company that refuses to work with customers in situations like this shows no concern for customer satisfaction. A no-return policy for online orders is something every buyer should know before purchasing.

My advice: Read the return policy carefully before ordering. If you make a mistake with your order, don’t expect any flexibility or assistance. This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had, and I will not buy from this company again.

I purchased the copper water dispenser on April 26, 2026, and the dispensing tab broke in half on June 8th.I am extremely disappointed !!!While the copper itself is real and in great shape, the quality of the dispenser is lacking.

Within a short time of use, the dispensing tap split in two, and it appears to have been glued together to hide a crack. I reached out to customer service by email and have waited over 48 hours for a response, which is understandable if they’re busy. However, my attempts to call from Canada have failed, leaving me feeling frustrated and almost scammed.

It would be nice to at least receive an acknowledgment that my email will be looked at in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this lack of communication has made me lose confidence in the company.

Given the high prices that you pay for, I expected much better quality and customer service. I won’t be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend this product to others. Buyers I recommend to avoid the water dispenser. I can’t speak on behalf of other products .

Do not Buy
I bought a 15 piece set , they send me 10 pieces. After multiple attempts to contact costumer service without any luck I was forced to contact my bank , only after that they msged me telling me they have completed my order , I send them screenshots of their receipt where they show they only send 10 pieces, again there is no response. Also they do not accept returns, the quality is cheap and definitely not worth of $1600 (that’s clearance price , they usually charge 2200) just save your self headache , if those were so good the company would have accepted returns . They are not good and I will not stop until they take it back and return my money

I ordered a pan on December 10 with a 5 to 7 day delivery date promised. Today’s December 25 and have not even received notice of them shipping it yet.

Very good company and products. I tried the copper water bottle and the dispenser. It's very goood. Their cleaning solution is effective and makes the product shine
