Very worst customer service today morning I have ordered 600uc but still I didn't receive it. I have emailed and started chat session but still no response.

I sent mail to live support and separately. I did shopping by mistake, no confirmation was requested from the bank, I want a refund, they do not write in any way, the order status is completed, it says no uc did not come Are you kidding us?

Purchased UC on Oct 29,2020. They still haven't gotten back to me. Emailed their help desk. Still, up to this day (11/4/2020), no one email be back. Please do something about this. I paid good money for you services. ORDER NO. 1023

Scam....don't purchase uc here....I have lost my money.... I didn't get any reply from them...1 day completed after payment but I don't get uc and they didn't respond to me when I asked for refund...fake

Hello guys, I just placed an order in about 6 hours ago.
and received nothing in return. just a receipt of the transaction and an email of which I cant reply to.
TOTALLY wouldn't recommend! , I wish someone told me so before I initialed the payment.

I didn't believe this site at first even though it was on trustpilot. And i was really afraid to give my Facebook account details and my number and all that thinking it might be a scam but its just that i just gave it a try thinking if my account is going to hacked then at least i will be free from the game and i would not have to play this game anymore and also was a little scared to pay the fee. But in the end it just worked out and i was happy 😊
