We've been working with Public Nectar for 6+ months now.

Dan was brilliant as a first point of contact, understanding our business needs and connecting us to the right people in the team.

Rodi has been our account lead for Paid Social and has been brilliant. She completely understands our brand vision and what we want to achieve. Rodi is very proactive on the account, always looking for new opportunities and is very easy to work with on a personal level.

CaC has decreased by 66% since PN took over, with Rodi still identifying clear opportunities for further improvement.

Lastly, Public Nectar are very good at collaborating across agencies, with proactive comms to share what is & isn't working in the account so the learnings can be shared across channels.

I've been working with the Public Nectar team for just over a year, with them running our paid search and paid social campaigns for a leisure/visitor attraction brand.

Although our budgets aren't the biggest, we've seen a good improvement in the account metrics whilst the team have been working with us.

I have been working with Public Nectar now since January 2024 so approaching the 6 month mark and i have to say i am very pleased with the service overall.

We currently use PN for Google Ads and Email Marketing and couldn't recommend them enough.

Particular shout outs to our account managers Paulo and Rad who are brilliant at executing plans and coming up with strategies to hit our targets.

High ROAS on Google Ads (whilst continuing to increase budgets) and high Open Rates, Conversions and really good retention strategies on the Emails.

If you are considering using Public Nectar for either of these services i would say stop considering and just go for it!

The knowledge and professionalism of this company is second to none. We are so pleased with the growth we have achieved through Google Ad's and Social Media. We were very sceptical at first but the proof is in the ROAS pudding which has always been consistent.

Public Nectar are such a pleasure to deal with, no matter how big or small the query, it is always met with a efficient response from a member of the PN team. I have contacted them after I saw an ad on instagram then I received an email asking me to fill out a form which I did however It didn’t give me chance to book a call so I emailed Lewis back and explained that the automated form didn’t give me the option to book a call and I would love to speak to them regarding this issue and that was on 16th June and he didn’t hear back yet. I only get newsletters from them.
