Quick turnaround on a formatting job
Quick turnaround on a formatting job. I did a rewrite and they reformatted my book in a few days. I wasn't happy that I had pay again because the content changed but I understand their viewpoint. I suspect their formatting is pretty easy to do so I would have liked to be charged just once. Nevertheless, excellent job again. I really appreciate and like them!

But I do have to mention that formatting is not easy. :) If it were, we'd be out of a job because everyone would just do their own formatting.
Our website, and especially the Formatting Package product page, clearly explains that we require a finished manuscript for this package. All customers, including you, acknowledge this when placing an order.
Reformatting a book from scratch because a customer changed the content is not something we can afford as a company, and frankly, we don't know of any companies or freelancers that do that free of charge. We do offer minor content changes completely free, but we have to charge for larger changes to compensate our team. We do this for the lowest rate possible, as to not add unneccessary cost to the customer.

Sometimes it's hard to get across in writing the changes you want to make in formatting something as important as a book you've spent months creating. I wrote copious notes, and the different staff at Publishing Services helped create the changes I wanted to make my book beautiful. And they did that. I really appreciate the efforts taken to finalize what I dreamed of doing.
