Customer service

Since writing my poor review, Pulchrit staff have been very helpful. I have now received a heartfelt apology and a promise to send me the missing items, plus a £10 voucher.

I ordered a lovely looking trouser and…

I ordered a lovely looking trouser and top co ord, when it came it was not a good size ,material was so cheap and thin. 100% not what it looked like on the photo . I have emailed customer service for refund to be told to wait 24 hours it has now been 48 hours and still no response. Yes Pulchrit you are a scam .

Avoid this company scammers

Avoid this company. It is a complete scam. Items never received, no refund and they beg you not to put negative feedback.
Out of pocket, they then asked me to pay another £10 to get items not delivered. Don’t waste your money. Should be 0 stars

Got some cabinet lights that are meant to stay charged up for around 3-6 months, i am having to charge them every day, and not very bright. Also thought they would be bigger, but they very small

Wireless bra - cheap , tacky , flimsy

Wireless bra costing almost £15 is like a cheap, flimsy temu item. Terrible quality and ridiculous tiny sizing. This would fit my 12 year old niece. Fuming 🤬

SCAM

SCAM! Would give zero if I could. Ordered fleece blankets (6) for colouring/washing. The quality that arrived (3 weeks after order) was abysmal. Could see through the fabric. Absolutely not as advertised. Emailed and was sent replacement. Received 5. Slightly better quality but still terrible. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.
