Bad experience with Lost and Found

Title: Terrible experience with Lost and Found

I stayed at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel recently and, unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the lost and found service. I forgot a brand new pair of sunglasses in my room 1036 and, as soon as I realized, I contacted the hotel. However, they informed me that "nothing was found", which I find extremely strange, considering that I left a short time ago and informed the exact location where the item was.

I've already tried to solve it directly with the hotel, but I didn't get any solution. How can a hotel of this level not have an efficient and transparent process to ensure that items forgotten by guests are returned? This raises questions about the reliability and integrity of the team.

I am very disappointed and I hope that the administration will take steps to review this process. Otherwise, I will advise friends and acquaintances against staying here. I look forward to hearing from the hotel on this subject.

Spotlessly clean

Spotlessly clean, staff amenable and keen to look after you. Short walk to king power shopping and five minute walk to Victory station. Rooms serviced daily with daily refills of toiletries, tea and coffee and bottled water. Pool is large and look area is also spotless. Japanese garden with the koi carp was one of my favourite places to cool down. Restaurant was.large and clean but we only visited for breakfast which was plentiful with a huge choice of food, not breakfast, continental and fruits, both hot and cold. All in all, this is a marvellous hotel which I cannot wait to return to

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. My 3rd time here. Each time the room has had AC issues. Last time, a few weeks ago, AC in the room would not get warmer than 21C. This week in a different room, I woke late at night and the room was very hot. My phone app showed 29C. Called the desk, they said they would send an engineer. 15 minutes later, no engineer. Called again and asked for a room change. No response. I tried to reset the unit, off for a few minutes, then back on. No help. No one contacted me or came to the room. Finally I figured out it only worked at 21C or below. Took aver an hour. No one from the desk called or came. Next issue: When checking in, they took a deposit for room damage because it was a non-smoking room, from what I was told. All rooms are non-smoking, so do they do this to everyone? Deposit of nearly $200, or 5600 THB. I was told it was only on hold, and would be returned on checkout. Did not happen. It was sent to my bank card. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund, but I will also have to pay exchange rates. I was basically lied to. When I mentioned the AC at checkout, I was given a "sorry", with no explanation as to why no one showed. I was on a floor that was basically empty but for one other occupied room. It would have taken one minute to get me another room. Last time for me at this hotel. It is close to where I have to be, but now I will have to travel further out.

Exceptional Hotel

Stayed at the Pullman G from the 14th September to 29th September 2022. I immediately recognised this hotel as excellent by the way the reception staff dealt with my reservation. My room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I purchased the Executive Lounge access with my room and would highly recommend this service. May I commend the Lounge team Henry, Pim, Krish, Troy, Balloon ,Pang (hope I got the names correct) for the excellent way they ran the lounge all very attentive and professional. The canapés and drinks choices were many and varied in very comfortable surroundings with great views over Bangkok. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff that I met were extremely polite and professional. I would also like to mention that the breakfast staff were extremely efficient and food was great with many choices. I will return without hesitation on my next visit to Bangkok February 2023. Thank you to all the staff at Pullman G.

Excellent and recommendable

Great hotel with a very high level of service and ability to make the guest feel good. Good location, great venue and restaurants. Would recommend it to everyone for business as well as leisure. Hope to get back some day☺️
