All the reviews here are NOT about PulseTech products, they are about some cheap Chinese watches or something? PulseTech products are not even Chinese and work fantastic!

De reviews op de site zijn verzonnen Heel slecht product, valt uit elkaar als je hem uit de band haalt m op te laden. Is na een dag leeg en de metingen zijn een lacher. Op een Chinese site Temu kun je ditzelfde product voor een tiende van de prijs kopen. Schandalige oplichterij, niet kopen!!! Tenzij je graag opgelicht wil worden. Je kunt niet op dit product vertrouwen

Terrible product, cheap, nasty, poor quality and is only trying to get your personal details through the back door.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Waste of money. The so called instructions are impossible to read as they are printed with such a small font. I have never been able to get the device to work.

This is the cheapest piece of junk ive ever purchased. WAY over priced. It looks like it came out of a vending machine. The band in poorly made and the watch screen is a little bigger than single piece of trident gum. I feel soooo scammed its sad 😔

Achtung bitte Uhr nicht kaufen, absoluter China-Schrott. Manual auf englisch und chinesich. Verbindung der App mit Iphone 11 fällt immer wieder heraus und verlangt "Neustart von Bluetooth", x-mal probiert. Ohne funktionierende Verbindung zur App ist die Uhr ziemlich nutzlos und hält nichts von dem was sie verspricht. Es gibt eine Anleitung in div. Sprachen, doch die ist fehlerhaft.
Eine Rücksendung und Geld zurück, dürfte eher schwierig sein ebenso die bezahlte Garantie nutzlos.

I don't understand the negative comments.
Maybe competitors are worried and posting rubbish.
For the price I find it a nice watch that does everything that is advertised.
It works perfectly for me and the app works exactly as it should.
I was impressed with the delivery process, I was able to track the watch from leaving the supplier in China to my front door.
I have just ordered another watch for my wife.

Chinese poor quality cheaper product.Not same as how they described.I have paid extra return shipping cost for refund,totally waste money.I would like recommend not to buy their product.

BE WARNED. AVOID. Recommend avoiding this brand & EKOMM. Completely misled and misinformed by their advertising, I only tried the product (smart watch) based on their "no quibble satisfaction guarantee" claims. Found the product not simple to use at all, very poor quality screen protector and they have been nothing but difficult after I requested a refund. They are now asking me to ship the product to China at my own cost and keep referring me to a refund policy that never existed on their website, is not there today and was not stated anywhere throughout the checkout or on any of the transaction / order emails. In addition they billed me three separate amounts for one order containing three items which all seems to be rather strange and created issues when I tried to raise a dispute through PayPal for assistance. To date I have not received support from PayPal with the issue. Still waiting to hear back from EKOMM regarding my refund and them sticking to their claims of "complete customer satisfaction guaranteed". Would recommend avoiding this seller.

This company cannot improve because it's scam from China,2 minute advert on you tube,they also need to start vetting the company's that are advertising on there,cheap Chinese crap,not a mention of pulsetech on the watch or packaging,is it even a company,avoid at all costs,not even trying to return it cos I'll never see that money again,false advertising!!!!!!
