Neraxis Group at the beginning looke quite normal. The website was ok conversations were calm advisors were polite and explaining that everything is safe and that withdrawal will not be a problem. The baance was growing so you think everything is under control. Problems started when I wanted to withdraw part of the money. First some kidn of tax appeared and then suddenly three was more fees that nobody mentioned before. Every time I was told this is the last step but the situation was only getting longer and longer. There were also phone calls from different numbers and pressure to hurry up. I reported the case to the police but after few weeks I received a decision about discontinuation. Standard answer no possibility to identify the perpetrators. I was convinced the money is gone and hat I am left alone with this.
