Great selection of pumps, however catastrophic customer service.

We ordered two pumps which haven't been delivered and Pumpagents just directly blamed us for it and stop replying after few emails, instead of trying to resolve the problem.

I would not order with them again

Added item to cart. Received order acknowledgement. They billed our credit card. After THREE WEEKS of waiting for the item, they suddenly reply "we don't ship to your location."

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

No customer service. I cannot get a response for an order except for an acknowledgement that my credit card was accepted. Hard to tell if they are an outright fraud or just a lousy company.

Ordered a pump and it came in a timely manner. The pump was the wrong size. Contacted customer service multiple times via phone and via their website. No communication.

Sent me a defective pump. No response to emails and calls. Engine overheated. Had to reinstall my old backup oem pump. Time to call this company out.

Avoid pump agents.

This company does not stand behind the pumps they sell. They do not reply to any queries and just leave you hanging. Do not buy a pump from this company unless you want to get ripped off.

They just take your money and that's the last you'll ever hear from them. I'm not certain that this is an actual business.

In January 2021 I urgently ordered replacement parts from Pumpagents. Their site showed plenty of inventory and a good estimated shipping time as these parts were critical. As the arrival date approached I emailed because I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking. The day I was supposed to receive the parts I got a reply that they didn't have the parts in stock! Now I had to reorder the parts elswhere and wait.
In July 2021 I made the mistake of ordering more parts from PumpAgents. Same thing. Their website showed 176 in stock and I received an email stating they are out of stock.

Same experience as previous reviews. I ordered and was told the part was shipped next day. A week after due delivery date I finally had a response from Pimpagent.com after many requests for tracking information. They said they were cancelling my order, not shipping and they refund my money. It transpires the item was never shipped due to not being in stock.

Would have given zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a part. It was never sent. They do not provide a customer service phone contact - that should have been a warning to me. They did not respond to a customer service e-mail from their website. Only when I had PayPal send them my request to cancel payment after sending a second e-mail did they send the item. I understand that these are difficult times for businesses and would have understood if they had communicated or explained the cause. They did neither. You would be well advised to get your parts elsewhere.

We accidentally added a pump to shopping cart twice, or so I thought (now I’m wondering if it was me). Tried to correct the order two times through their website as directed. Still got 2 pumps. Have tried 6 times through email to get RMA # for the additional pump but cannot get a response from the company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! If you have problems your stuck with it and they have your money. They are thieves.

Like the other reviews. Ordered part on-line and it was not delivered. Called because I never received shipping information. E-mailed company and they no longer carry the part I ordered. Wasted month waiting for parts. Stay away.

Took the money said the part will deliver in a month with a date, when we never received the item I've emailed them asking for a tracking number , I never got an email back or anything!! FRAUD!! Don't use them!!!

I ordered a spare part for my sureflo pump. The item never arrived and pumpagents have not responded to my repeated attempts to contact them. Basically they just took my money and have now gone silent. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ordered a pump from this on-line company on Nov 07, 2017. The emailed receipt said the pump would be delivered by Nov 10 but it never arrived.
I emailed looking for a tracking number to trace the package and got a response that they'd get back to me shortly. I never heard from them again. I tried contacting the company five more times by email and phone message, no response. I started a PayPal dispute and finally a PayPal claim with no response from Pumpagents at all.
Further research with BBB and others shows that a number of other customers have had the same experience. I do not recommend dealing with this company
