Tina is an absolute diamond
Tina is an absolute diamond. Not many times that a person phoned to make sure my product was fit for purpose, which it was. She even gave me instructions to fix it into the existing place. TINA is a credit to The Pumpwarehouse hard to get great staff.

Good example of how a sale should proceed
Told me everything I needed over the phone, got online and ordered it. Had it in hand 2 days later after being shipped down to Chch, installed and working that day.
Was just nice to get what I needed straight away, dealing with someone who knew what they were talking about. How a sale should go.

Good product. Terrible courier service.
I would have given you guys 5 stars but the courier company you used (posthaste) was absolutely terrible. My parcel was sent by overnight courier. It left Auckland on Wednesday, arrived in Dunedin on Thursday morning but wasn't delivered until late Monday afternoon. It was a signature required parcel but was left in the letter box (I was home all day). The really weird thing was that the letter box actually signed for it as it had LB in the signature box on the tracking form. Definitely won't be dealing with any company that uses posthaste.
