I had to order a 2nd poo bag holder as…
I had to order a 2nd poo bag holder as the other one came off the lead without me knowing, I will say one thing the zip isn't brilliant on them that's my only moan no tell a lie for what it is I find it expensive
Update was offered 50% discount but that's not what I want i just wanted them to know my opinion i love the harness as i brought 2 in obviously small and medium and 2 collars in same sizes small and medium and a lead but the poo bag holder was a bit of a let down in the zip and also I lost it off the lead when I was out walking bear that's why I ordered another and same issue with zip.

Really pleased 😀. Our order arrived quickly, summer meadow rugged rover harness in extra small. We have three of them now in the most wonderful seasonal colours. They look amazing and suit our training programme for our maltipoo pup and really comfortable for her too. I would not use any other brand. I love the fact that you can stick them in the wash and they come out as good as new.

I am new to this company and what a pleasure to deal with. My dogs harness and collar had to be returned due to being too small so I returned for lager size. the customer service was excellent and the quality of the items were unbelievable.

Treat pouch
The pouch was smaller than I'd expected and the clip was small and difficult to get on the lead. The quality of the product was very good and it arrived within 2 days.
Not sure if order number correct as delivery note very small print!

After struggling to find harnesses to…
After struggling to find harnesses to fit our 2 dogs,a staffy and welsh sheepdog and soon losing the will to live,a fb advert popped up on my feed for Pupclub couture,I messaged Lisa with a few questions and she went so far above and beyond in not only helping with measurements but also going the extra mile to take pictures of the harnesses for me.
After I had placed the order I had a bit of a panic that they weren't going to be suitable but Lisa reassured me and was fully confident that they would indeed fit. Well today they arrived and not only do they fit after a small amount of adjusting but there's room to.spare if needed.
The harnesses are extremely good quality, very light weight and the pattern design is extremely clear, we ordered the Dino Party and they are absolutely adorable. Being seniors I wanted something light weight and comfortable for the dogs to wear as they've only ever used collars, and these are perfect and exactly what I required.
Lisa is so incredible, as I said she not only went above and beyond for me but with patience and kindness, such a pleasure to chat with and so helpful. I would recommend Pupclub couture 💯, well I actually have as my MIL is currently trying to decide on what design to chose! I've even placed a second order immediately after this one arriving for the Bee design as my husband loves anything with Bees on and again a super cute design.
Thank you once again for such a brilliant service all round. We are extremely grateful and extremely happy.

Lovely website. I ordered two harnesses and they both arrived exactly as they looked online.
Excellent quality.
Sent by Royal Mail tracked, and arrived quickly.
Customer service, although not needed for anything negative - was very fast when I sent a general message.
On the whole, an excellent service with a top quality product.
