I am not happy at all
I am not happy at all. I ordered an electric hand mixer, put in 2 new batteries and it wouldn’t turn on, so i emailed customer support to receive a replacement. The replacement arrived, and again i had the same issue. 2 new batteries, still wouldn’t turn on. What a waste of time, the product is clearly cheap quality.

Purau saved my skin! I’ve suffered with bad acne for a few years now tried all harsh medications, topical creams you name it and then I started purau and saw the most difference in my skin in 20 days on this product than I did in 2 years on the harsh medications, have now completed it and my skin has no active acne and no breakouts. Highly recommend this product

This doesn’t work
I did the advanced acne supplement pack. Was extremely consistent, took them 3 times a day, everyday for the last few months. I have had nothing happen whatsoever. My skin is exactly the same from when I started, so I am extremely disappointed that this brand promises what it does. I tried to be very patient, I’m on a proper skincare regime as well, drink plenty of water, eat clean and workout. I truly thought this would work and help with my hormonal acne. I also don’t qualify for the refund because I haven’t consistently taken photos twice a week, but this was my fault as I didn’t read that part of the policy.

Finally something that actually works!
I have been struggling with acne all my adult life. I've tried so many different products, medications and remedies and spent tens of thousands of dollars over the past two decades. Finally I have found something that works. I feel like it's healing my skin from the inside out. I'm half way through my three month pack and feeling fabulous. I started to notice a big difference in the first two weeks. I'm feeling more and more confident as the weeks go on.

Legit company with legit products
Legit company with legit products. Unfortunately, they just didn't work for me.
I tried the intermediate program, and at first I was inconsistent with it so nothing happened, which is my own fault. Then I got consistent and my skin started purging after about a week and only started calming down again when I only had 7 days left.
Maybe if I tried the advanced and kept going, it would clear up completely. But the purging was really bad (by my standards) and I don't think I can put myself through that again mentally, so I won't be repurchasing.
I would still encourage others to give it a try, though! As I've seen in these reviews that a lot of people are very happy with the product.

Life changing
As someone who has always suffered with severe acne, I thought my only hope was Oratane again. I had a family holiday coming up and didnt want to start on Oratane again because of the extreme sensitivity to the sun that would limit our activities - but I was also incredibly embarrassed of my skin when my acne returned. I decided to give PuraU a go. It took about 3 months but the results speak for themselves. No more painful cystic acne. There was a time where I thought it didnt really work, but realised I just needed to start changing my pillow case every 2 days. I get very minimal break outs now and the redness from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation is almost cleared up. I wish I found this sooner! I stocked up plenty during the black friday sale to ensure every few months I can do the course again to maintain the results when I am not taking the maintenance tablets alone.
Customer service is amazing - and delivery times are quick!

Cleared my skin before my wedding
I've been using this product for a couple of years now. I originally purchased a months before my wedding as a last chance to clear my skin and to my suprise it worked! I have been on the gut maintain ever since. I love this product. The sleep tonic is also great.

Insignificant product
Took 9 pills a day for 6 weeks and there is no change.. The recommended duration is 8-12 weeks but I'm supposed to notice results in 2-4 weeks.

I was on the pill for 6 years
I was on the pill for 6 years, after I came off it my acne flared up and stayed around for 2.5 to 3 years. It was painful and I felt incredibly down about the way it looked. Like everyone tired all different products on your skin but never thought of it being a gut problem. I came across Purau on instagram and took a chance. I started the advanced program, it didn’t just clear up my skin it helped/ reset everything in my gut and I mean everything. A few months passed since I have been off the program and my skin has never looked better. I cannot thank the team enough I’m forever grateful.

I'm usually sceptical of acne solutions, but I gave this a try and have had a massive improvement in my skin. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with acne, it really helps.

After experiencing adult acne for the first time in my life once turning 20. I tried everything to get rid of it for 8 months until I came across PuraU. I saw the ad for the acne kit on… instagram
I saw the ad for the acne kit on instagram, was unsure at first but I gave it a shot.. I tried the starter acne kit program. The results came just as I was finishing the course, it is 3 times a day but the results were worth it, my acne that would frequently pop up suddenly became less and less, I noticed the colour of my skin becoming brighter and more hydrated. My bloating in my stomach had become much less and over all I felt really good about the results I was getting. After this program I started the gut and skin maintain capsules (which are once daily). These have continued to keep up the work the starter pack did, I have less and less pimples and when I do they go away much faster than before and seem to heal better too. I 10/10 recommend this product, I have been told I have hormonal acne and I could never find anything that worked like this. I still use my moisturiser, vitamin c serum, eye cream and sunscreen (these are all self care to me) however all these layered together has made a huge difference for me. This product is awesome :)

Worked amazing!! even though I couldn’t take it accurately due to fasting. It still done the job. My face feels and looks so much more glowier and my acne has gone to a minimal

Poor Business
I made a purchase with Purau in December of 2025. I returned the product ASAP in original packaging never opened. It is now February 2026, I have contacted Purau on multiple occasions to chase up a refund of this product with no significant response as to when or if I will be receiving a refund anytime soon.

Impeccable customer service
Whilst Purau didn’t work for me personally, I think it’s worth the risk because of their money-back guarantee, which they genuinely honour. There were no arguments or difficulties at all, they simply asked for proof of my skin.
I initially contacted them by email and they offered a complimentary extra 40-day program. When that still didn’t work for me, they refunded my money without hesitation. If you’re sceptical because most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, I can honestly say they do put their money where their mouth is. For that reason alone, I would truly recommend it to anyone as there really is nothing to loose, other than acne if it does work. They are quick to respond to emails with any concerns or queries and said I could continue to reach out if I needed.

Glow Collagen is a game changer
I’ve been using Gut Glow Collagen for a while now and it’s genuinely made such a difference. My gut feels so much healthier — my bloating has reduced a lot and my digestion is finally regular (which is huge for me).
